Great house on the watee

This house was perfect for our stay, conveniently located on a canal near restaurants and grocery store stores. The rooms are large and everything was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is very well stocked with plates, cookware and appliances. We brought our boat and used the dock for easy access to the bay. The property manager was very quick to respond with any questions I had and sent us all the information needed ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again.

Great House and Location

We love staying on the water in Crystal River. This home had a great amount of living space and comfortable beds. Home was very clean and up to date. Great shower in the master bedroom. Owner was great with communication. Easy check in/out. Highly recommended.

Fantastic accomodations!

This house was very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. There was plenty of room in the house and the beds were comfortable and clean. Sam, the host was gracious and made sure that our stay was enjoyable, to say the least. He helped us find boats with captains in order to make our scalloping experience better, and they came through in a big way. I would recommend this house to anyone.

The property was exactly as described the canal and dock were easy when it can be very tricky in Crystal River. Sam, the host was super helpful and we had a great time, we will be back!

Wonderful!!

Had a wonderful stay. We had no issues. Lovely house beautiful location. Would recommend and will stay again. We had 9 adults. 1 teen and 1 four year old. Plenty of room.

Beautiful Home and Great Pool

Really enjoyed. The stay in this very well appointed and beautiful home. The pool was awesome. Close to the manatee tours. Would suggest going to Donellon for the Clydesdale tour at Grandview stables.

Wonderful Beautiful Home

This is one of the most well stocked beautiful homes we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many. Loved the layout of the home, how close it was to stores for groceries etc. and steps from the water in a semi private backyard. Very peaceful sitting out there in the morning & evenings. I give this home a 10 !! We will definitely rent here again.

Beautiful Weekend Getaway

Beautiful home located on a canal in a nice neighborhood. The house was perfect for the eight of us. Plenty of room to relax and visit. The house has a great covered porch to sit outside and listen to the rain . We also caught a few fish right off the dock. Every morning around 7 am we got to have a spectacular view of all the different water birds who came and feed in the canal. The house was conveniently located and an easy drive to all of the activities we wanted to tour. We also walked around the neighborhood and met some of the locals who were all very nice. I would definitely recommend this property for your stay at Crystal River.

Great location and very nice place

The place was in a great location. Overall the place was great. I would just make sure you are clear with how many of the beds you require. We needed bedding for the pull-out sofa beds and needed to communicate with the property manager. He was very responsive for the additional bedding.

We had a good time

Over all we had a good time the house over all was nice. The only negative points in the stay, the hot water in the master shower didn’t work and there were a lot of rules about the dock that weren’t expected. But Sam was pretty flexible and everything ended up working out.

Great house , great location, great hostess!

This was a family trip for eight people. My husband and I, my three grown sons wive and fiancés. The house is lovely, abs well supplied with everything. The place was large enough to fit all of us comfortably. There were two sofa beds in one of the living rooms if necessary. All the beds were very comfortable with the exception of a full bed upstairs. We addressed it with Sam, and he was great about suggestions a couple options, and immediately said he was going to address it for next time. We went to Walmarts and got a mattress pad. Sam had a welcoming basket waiting for us! It was such a lovely, thoughtful and welcoming touch! Tons of snacks, a Prosecco (we did not have it , but it was lovely!) and choices of coffee pods. The area felt safe and the neighborhood is very nice. Many beautiful, newly renovated houses around. It’s very close to everything, including a lovely small beach ( about 12 minutes on a gorgeous Road). The hostess was kind and very responsive. I would ask for them to provide an extra-set of linens for each bed just in case. We did not find any extra linens. There are two towels per room. Overall, a great tone and a lovely place to spend a week. Thank you, Sam!

Absolutely loved the home

Wonderful welcome basket, with great snacks and all the ingredients to make s’mores, owner provided very nice fishing rods. Master bedroom mattress was great, my husband has a bad back but he felt great every morning. We will definitely rent again.

Better than expected

Tastefully decorated and stocked with all the supplies we needed. Amazing outdoor areas and a large dolphin came right up to the dock. Kids caught little cat fish and memories were made.

Spring Break 2022

What a great time we had and this property did not disappoint!! Upon entering the home, it is very welcoming and extremely clean. Everything was well appointed and comfortable for our family. There was plenty of room inside and out to gather, socialize and eat. The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this home! We had a great spring break and made wonderful memories in Crystal River!
