Villa has been superbly restructured, all the rooms have period furnishings, flanked by the modern of TV, satellite and internet. The internal beauty and elegance of the villa is harmoniously balanced with the external space which is made up of a stunning beautifully-kept park with a garden, ancient trees and a small patio. In the middle of the park is situated a swimming pool (14 x 6) well equipped with umbrella and sunbeds. Back to the villa there is table and chairs for meals “ al fresco” and a large sun umbrella.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR: Large kitchen with direct access to the garden furnished to eat outdoor, breakfast room , laundry room.



GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall, living room, 2 sitting rooms, dining room, 2 double bedroom with queen-sized bed (160x200) and en suite bathroom; 1 double bedroom (180x200), en suite bathroom with shower; air conditioning and satellite TV with Sky channels.



FIRST FLOOR: Twin bedroom (each bed is 200cmx90) with en-suite bathroom with bath; double bedroom (160cmx195cm) with en-suite bathroom with bath shared with a dressing room, that on request can be convertible into a single room; sitting room with fireplace, master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, satellite TV with Sky and air conditioning; large dressing room; library-sitting room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, Hi-Fi stereo mini bar.

- 3 hours of cleaning and tidying of bedrooms and bathrooms every other day from 8.00 to 11.00, with the possibility of extending the service to more hours (to be paid extra) - gardener/housekeeper who lives in an independent accommodation inside the property but not in the villa and provides gardening and pool cleaning services except on Wednesdays and Sundays. - Netflix subscription. - pool towels. - alarm system with surveillance service

- Central heating: € 50.00 per day

- Electricity: € 150.00 per week

- Total end-of-stay cleaning: € 500.00

- Dinner on arrival day € 40 per person on request at least one week before arrival menu to be agreed (minimum 6 people)

- cook service for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner in addition to the shopping service and table service (to be requested before arrival)

- laundry and ironing service

- Additional changes of linen: bathroom and bed linen Euro 20.00 per person.

- concierge service to organize: Yoga courses, cooking courses in the villa or other structure (to be booked well in advance), masseuse at home



DEPOSIT
