milkwood 216 is modern, self-catering apartment ideally located in the Milkwood complex in Marina Martinique. This spacious and luxurious apartment enjoys stunning sea views and is situated right on the beach. It is just a short walk down a sand dune to the water’s edge.

The apartment comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Each bedroom contains a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the master bedroom is air-conditioned.

The ultra-modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes an electric oven and glass hob, a microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble-dryer. The dining area boasts a six-seater dining table and chairs and the luxuriously furnished lounge includes air-conditioning and a flat screen TV with DStv.

The lounge area leads through glass sliding doors onto a large patio with stunning sea views. The apartment is serviced on request and secure underground parking is provided, with elevator access to the apartment.
