We would like to clarify that the stairwell is part of the building’s common area and is managed by the building association, which is outside of our direct control. However, we will be sure to pass on your concerns to the appropriate parties. Regarding the underground parking, while it is primarily functional and intended for vehicle use, we take pride in offering this facility — which is a rarity in central Stavanger — as a valuable convenience for our guests. As for the bathroom, the apartment is newly built, and we’ve equipped it with high-quality fixtures and a Samsung washer to meet modern comfort standards. We’re sorry to hear it did not meet your expectations, and we will take your comments into account to help us continue improving.
