This idyllic bolt hole is a hidden gem in the heart of Southwold and offers the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience. Tucked away behind the high street, just a stone’s throw from the pubs, restaurants, sandy beach, iconic pier and the beach hut lined promenade, this one bedroom, first floor apartment has been renovated to the highest standard and provides bright comfortable accommodation for a couple or a single guest (not forgetting the dog !)
As you enter, stairs lead up to the light and airy apartment.
To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with integrated dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, 4 ring hob and oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
The generous sized lounge has a 3-seater sofa, a large, buttoned footrest / table, dining table and chairs and a Smart TV. Windows look out onto the high street.
The spacious bedroom as a king size bed, double chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. Windows look out onto the high street
The bathroom has a shower cubicle with a waterfall shower and a handheld shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
There is also a bright and airy dressing room with a hanging rail, dressing table and chair and a large mirror.
REVIEW:
Well appointed and neatly converted property. Plentiful supplies of crockery etc. Bed comfortable and lovely fluffy towels! Ideally located in centre of Southwold. Steep stairs up on entry - may not suit everyone/ all dogs but otherwise easy place to stay. Very generous welcome gifts and dog delighted with the treats!
