This lovely 43m² home is located in a prime location near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary delights.

The open-concept design seamlessly combines living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas. You'll find a comfortable double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including an electric hob and a coffee machine, so you can prepare delicious meals with ease.

The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please note that the studio is located on the 4th floor of the building, without an elevator. So you need to climb stairs in order to reach the space.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This location lies in the city's historic heart, adjacent to the Porto Cathedral and the São Sebastião Market—a small local market offering fresh produce and traditional goods. Nearby, Casa da Mariquinhas provides an authentic fado dining experience, blending Portuguese cuisine with live music. The area also offers easy access to iconic landmarks like the São Bento railway station, adorned with hand-painted azulejos tiles, and the striking Dom Luís I Bridge, making it a vibrant spot for culture, cuisine, and shopping.​

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train/metro station, S. Bento, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
