Die Einrichtung ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Küche und Bad sind alt und abgenutzt, und der Toilettensitz wackelt ständig. Aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit in der gesamten Wohnung ist überall Schimmel; der Matratzenschoner war voller Schimmelflecken. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, und das Gas war aus (obwohl es am nächsten Tag nachgeliefert wurde), sodass wir bei unserer Ankunft ohne Heizung in feuchten Laken bei 14 °C schlafen mussten! Auf Tellern, Besteck und Töpfen klebten noch Essensreste! Und wir haben 120 Euro für die Endreinigung bezahlt?! Wenn das ein Belvilla-Preisträger sein soll, dann ist für uns klar: Wir werden NIEMALS wieder ein Haus über Belvilla buchen.

Die Lage ist etwas ungewöhnlich, aber ruhig. Die Einrichtung des Cottages ist dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Das Sofa ist unbequem, und auch der Essbereich ist völlig unbrauchbar. Selbst ein Gebrauchtwarenladen würde so etwas nicht annehmen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr altmodisch und stellenweise verschimmelt. Der Toilettensitz rutscht ständig. Das Einzelbett ist wackelig, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes; es knarrt beim Umdrehen. Die Küche ist ebenfalls alt; zwar funktioniert noch alles, aber das war es dann auch schon. Bei unserer Ankunft waren es drinnen 12 Grad Celsius, und die Bettwäsche war nur leicht feucht. Der Bezug unter dem dünnen Laken des Doppelbetts war stark verschmutzt. Wer hier im Winter Urlaub macht, erwartet einen gewissen Komfort. Von dieser Unterkunft rate ich dringend ab.

Wir konnten das Ferienhaus 4 Wochen lang genießen. Das Haus liegt an einem Berghang in einem Wohngebiet (Urbanizacion Castellóns de la Visa) etwas außerhalb der Stadt Teulade. Die Unterkunft ist über eine recht steile Zufahrtsstraße zu erreichen. Es verfügt über eine großzügige Terrasse, von der Sie einen schönen Blick über das Tal mit Obstbäumen und Weinsträuchern haben. Im Hintergrund der Badeort Moraira und das Meer. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr voll mit allerlei (Vintage-)Möbeln und anderen Accessoires, was den Raum eher klein macht. Für eine längere Belegung mit 4 Personen ist das Zimmer unserer Meinung nach nicht geeignet. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist zufriedenstellend, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Schlafzimmer und Duschbad sind gut. Vom Ferienhaus aus können Sie schöne Wander- und Radtouren in Moraira und Umgebung unternehmen. Moraira ist ein malerischer Badeort mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Glücklicherweise gibt es in Moraira praktisch keine Hochhäuser, was es im Gegensatz zu den Orten Dennis, Xabi, Calpe und Benidorm mit ihren vielen Hochhäusern zu einem angenehmen Ort macht.

Nur die TV-Verbindung ist schwach und kommt nicht immer richtig durch. Internet funktioniert gut, wenn Sie also Ziggo Go haben, ist dies gelöst. In der Beschreibung des Hauses steht, dass der Strand 2 km entfernt ist. Ich konnte diesen Weg nicht finden. Der Strand von Moraira ist ca. 6 km und Javea 11 km entfernt. Der Strand von Javea ist sehr schön.
