It was easy to book but terrible to check in. In our case, there was information we had not provided but we didn’t receive an email asking about it. The night before check in, we provided de information, we were told that a link would be available in the app at check in time with the codes to get in. There was no code available to us and no one answered at the numbers provided except the emergency number which had to contact someone before they could let us in.There is no information regarding how the thermostat and stove works and the first night we were freezing, the emergency number we called didn’t know how the the thermostat or the stove worked but eventually, after a long time and many tries, we made it work. Two days before left we started to get big red flying ants and on our last day we were invade by small red ants outside our bedroom. It was a pain to report it and we finally decided to buy a spray to eliminate them. The people that are supposed to ensure that your stay is comfortable and smooth know nothing about the property.This was the first time we used a rental and we regret it. For the price we paid, we would have been better off at a hotel.
