This charming one-story three-bedroom, two-bath beach house offers close to 1,800 square feet of living space, two porches and a convenient one-car garage.

You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating.

In addition to the main living areas, there are three bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and separate commode room. Other features include 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was as lovely as ever. We've been coming off-and-on for 20 years. It's my absolute happy place. The house was great. Only one thing I'd change - a slightly wider driveway, making entry and exit with the golf cart easier. But otherwise, our experience and the house couldn't have been better

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time at Gems by the Sea but second visit to Martinique. We love Martinique. We were pleasantly surprised with Gems by the Sea specifically the fact that the main living areas had been repainted and new furniture/decorations were updated. We loved the porch area and the two golf carts. The house is approximately 1/2 mile from the beach so the carts were perfect for getting to/from the beach. Nice decor throughout house; kitchen well stocked; many beach toys/utensils There were a couple of things that need to be addressed. The house was not really clean upon our arrival. There was noticeable hair, dirt, dust, and sand on the floors. Guest bathroom needed recleaning. The carpets in the bedrooms was very worn and dirty. Replacing the carpet with a different flooring would improve the cleanliness as well as decor of the house. Parking was an issue. We had a suburban and a tahoe and fitting the two vehicles in the allotted area was difficult. Bikes were a nice touch but bikes had issues with the chain on one bike and the tire on the other bike. Maintenance was contacted but the man stated that it would be a week or so before it could be fixed.

We enjoy the open space and short walk or golf cart ride to the pool or beach. Only 2 minor issues, which would not sway from staying here, one of the golf carts was in need of repairs, we could not really use it, and the other small issue, for a family of 6 two rolls of toilet paper did not go far. Overall this was a great vacation and would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally had a five bedroom house, but because of the hurricane, eventually switched to two single homes. Both were well appointed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.I have one complaint. Having checked several times to be sure there would be no construction in the two houses we eventually rented, upon arrival we realized that the screened in porch and one of the properties did not have a door and desperately needed screens. We stayed there for days before this was completed, while having workmen there while we were there.Having inquired several times to be certain that this would happen, I was very disappointed. Since we are trying to stay outside and keep germs at a limit, the use of this porch became very important. There is also a large piece of equipment left on the porch which meant the young ones couldn’t even go out there at all. No compensation whatsoever was offered. Disappointing

Our family has been coming to the Martinique for over 15 years and it is always the picture perfect getaway. The home was super cozy and the beds were very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and two golf carts were an added bonus. The screened in patio was perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee during the rainstorms we had from hurricane Hannah. As always the grounds were pristine and all the beautiful foliage makes you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. We felt safe with the covid 19 precautions in place even at the pools. More wonderful memories were made!

Very nice 3 bedroom home, nicely decorated and very clean. Had a great week with my son, daughter in law and 3 children ages 7, 3 and 2. Martinique on the Gulf is a great location with beach and pool access!

When we walk thru the door we feel like we are at home. We love alot of tge updates to the kit hen and also the curtains and accessories are beautifully done. Addition of appliances in kitchen a great addition. The one major thing I would replace carpet with in the bedrooms is hardwood floors.I think it would put it over the top gorgeous.
