All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and sea view and two of them (including the master suite) have king size beds.

The great outdoor area includes the infinity pool, large terraces, high class outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining area and several fabulous chill out areas.

Villa Emily has all kind of mod cons and it is the ideal property for family and friends that are looking for a luxury holiday villa in a wonderful location and in a 24h protected area.

Neighborhood and surroundings

Rental rules:
A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation, the remaining balance has to be paid within 60 days prior to arrival date.
3 hours cleaning per day, towels and linen changed when client requires included in the rental price.
Extras with charges: Extra cleaning, Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Security.
Minimum stay: 7 nights
Check in: From 18:00 - Check out: Within 12:00
Security Deposit: 20,000 €
Final cleaning: €200 to pay upon arrival
