You’ll find everything you need nearby for a convenient stay: just 400 m from the Patã de Baixo (X JI) bus station, 500 m from Retiro do Isca restaurant, and 600 m from Café Martins. Within a short drive, you can reach several stunning beaches, including Olhos de Água Beach and Barranco das Belharucas Beach (both 3 km away), as well as the Pine Cliffs Golf Course, supermarkets and family attractions like Zoomarine, Aqua Show, and Slide & Splash.The outdoor area boasts a garden with fruit trees, a large terrace, garden furniture, a shaded dining area and a barbecue. The private pool is ideal for cooling off on warm days, surrounded by nature and tranquility.Inside, the villa combines traditional charm with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, iron, safe, and hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen features a vitroceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary utensils and tableware to prepare your favorite meals. Private outdoor parking is available within the property.The bedroom/bathroom layout is as follows:Bedroom 1 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobe, window with shutters and air conditioning. Opposite to bedroom 1 is a small shower room with step in shower, toilet and single sink.Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobe, window with shutters and air conditioning.Bathroom 2 has a bath/shower over, single sink, toilet.Bedroom 3 (Master bedroom), queen bed, fitted wardrobes, atrium area, air conditioning, sliding door with toilet & bidet. There are also double sinks and large step in shower (very deep) so this bedroom has a private shower room. The atrium area has curtains.Bedroom 4 has twin single beds, no fitted wardrobe but a storage area/rack, window with shutters and air conditioning.Bathroom 4 has bath/shower over, single sink, toilet & bidet.Bedroom 5 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobe, window with shutters and air conditioning.Travel cots are available for 25 euros per reservation and baby chairs for 10 euros per reservation. The property accepts up to 3 animals for the extra cost of 10 Euros per animal per night to be paid in cash at check in.All reservations include a full clean upon departure.If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included. If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay. Travel cots (with mattress and linen) cost 25 Euros per stay and baby chairs 10 Euros per stay.Please note, for reservations from people under the age of 24 years, a 200 Euro security deposit each person will be payable in cash at check in.
