This stunning property features a beautiful circular entrance hall with a striking feature brick ceiling and elegant marble tiled floors. As you step inside, to the right and down a hallway, there are 3 bedrooms: the 2 rear facing bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and air conditioning and the pool facing bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. These 3 bedrooms share a shower room.
Through double doors is the expansive split-level living area. The first part of the living space has a piano, pool table and a bar area (please note: equipment and drinks not included).
Up 3 steps is the second living area complete with a feature fireplace, comfortable sofa, chairs, and a coffee table. The space is bathed in natural light thanks to a beautiful stained-glass window that adds character and charm to the room.
Down 6 steps, there is a reading or chill out/games area with comfortable curved seating.
Huge sliding doors access the dining area with enough seating for ten people.
Enjoy seamless indoor-outdoor living with easy access to outdoor areas and the swimming pool via several patio doors. The pool can be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week or part week.
The modern kitchen/diner is an open and inviting space for meal preparation and features an electric oven, microwave, 2 electric rings, 4 gas rings, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, a double sink and single sink.
There is a marble circular table with rotating serving centre, 10 chairs, dresser, air conditioning and wine fridge. The rear door leads on to the terrace and down to the laundry room (down 13 steps) with washer & separate dryer.
Bedroom 1 sleeps 3 with a double bed and single bed. There are ample fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom (bath shower over). Patio doors lead to exterior, and windows/doors have shutters.
Bedroom 2 also sleeps 3 with a double bed and a single bed. This bedroom also has ample fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom (bath shower over). Patio doors lead to exterior, and windows/doors have shutters.
The curved staircase leads to the first floor with the huge master bedroom with 2 large single beds, air conditioning, closed in terrace with sea views, separate wardrobe area and a massive bathroom with claw bathtub, separate shower cubicle and double sinks.
For your relaxation, the expansive outdoor terrace has several seating areas and a large marble dining table and chairs. There is also a charcoal BBQ area and a traditional bread oven.
For leisure, there is a pool table and table tennis table.
There are lawned areas around the swimming pool. The pool can be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week or part week.
Entrance to the villa is via electric gates and there is ample parking for several cars.
The villa has wi-fi (however, as this is a very large property, there could be some areas where the signal is weaker.)
This property does not accept reservations from groups of young people aged 24 or under.
Please note, there is another property that shares the same entrance / grounds, but this should not in any way cause any disturbances to guests or have any effect on your stay.
All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included. If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 75 Euros per request.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
Travel cots (with mattress and linen) cost 25 Euros per stay and highchairs 10 Euros per stay (must be prebooked).
