Very unhappy with this property. Was not as described and expected. Very rundown and dirty. The stairs into the unit were so steep, our older parents were not able to climb up. Our dog fell down them and the door into the place was right at the top of the stairs which is illegal and highly unsafe, especially for our toddler. The shower in the bathroom would be unusable as it was put under the eve of the roofline. Bedrooms were shabby, the drawers of one dresser fell out and were a danger because the knobs were missing and metal pieces sticking out. The fridge in the kitchen was gross. Floors were sagging and at different angles. Called the host right away about the condition and asked for a refund, they said we had to contact VRBO to get a refund. Was on the phone for 45mins with VRBO for them to tell me they could only send a courtesy email to the host and couldn’t help with the refund. Very upset with this whole situation. Had to figure out different accommodations at the last moment which was stressful and difficult over the holiday. I am getting the runaround and no help. Would NEVER recommend this place or host to anyone and would think twice about renting through VRBO and Expedia again.

This property suited the need my family had. Anti skid tub floor was needed. My father almost fell several times. The silverware drawer in the kitchen was broken. The shower is in need of a new head and the lamp in the one bedroom was not able to be used. The location was convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. We liked the air conditioning in each room as we all had different preferences. We liked that we could cook some simple meals and didn’t have to eat out for our entire stay. Most of all, we would like to thank Connor Vonfleet for leaving his you tube TV account signed in so we were able to watch out shows at night.
Only thing I could complain about is the bathroom door squeaking and that the downstairs group parked their vehicles in the access to our upstairs door which made it very difficult to gain access.
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was super roomy, bright and inviting. Neighborhood was full of cafes, coffee shops, patios - and such easy access to downtown 👍🏼👍🏼 Water pressure was a little wonky, felt a bit like a campground shower adventure - but it’s an updated older home, so not unusual or at all unmanageable. Great location, heaps of room and charm, and good value for dollar for sure!!

Do not stay at this property unless you’re just using it to sleep and don’t care about anything else.
It was over 80 degrees when we walked into the house. Only one bedroom has an AC, the beds are very hard, the water in the shower doesn’t get hot, the living room, kitchen and bedroom AC’s are all FULL of mold, there’s only one outlet per bedroom, one of the bedroom doors doesn’t close, the blinds in the living room don’t fit the windows so they don’t close all the way. Some of the blinds were broken. The place is very old and dirty in every corner. This place was WAY overpriced and does not look like the photos. and they even charged me a random extra $80 that I tried multiple times to get refunded and it never was.

Close to everything
We enjoyed our stay in Cleveland. This was a sister trip. The neighborhood felt safe and we had no trouble figuring out how to get to restaurants, the market, the west branch public library, the hall of fame... The apartment is roomy with 3 separate bedrooms, a dining table and living room with 2 couches. It was clean.
