In addition to its fantastic location, this property offers great amenities, including a large outdoor patio with a hot tub, two 70-inch smart TVs, and Pac-Man/X-Men arcade games, among others.

For your safety, please note that there are security cameras on the property, located at the back entrance to oversee the entire backyard including the hot tub. There is also a camera at the front door. Cameras are used for guest safety and the safety of the neighborhood.

The home and yard was spacious for 6 of us and our dog. Once we walked into the unit, you can smell the cleanliness and freshness first and I like that a lot! The house was nicely cleaned and parking was great. Soft towels, comfortable bed. The movie theater style basement was nice with our children. We only had two vehicles, I would say it could fit a total of 3-4 on the drive way. We would definitely book again.

Great place for friends to hang out!

We had a laid back bachelor party here with 10 people involved, most of the time we were playing games, hanging out in the hot tub, or playing spike ball/kan jam in the backyard! It was an amazing place to stay for the weekend and we had a blast!

The listing has potential with the size and amenities, however our stay was not what we expected. Location: the location felt somewhat dangerous. Boarded up houses next door, overgrown grass and trash in the backyards. We understand the owner of this home cant do anything about this, but this was to an extreme that it should be mentioned or clearly shown in the pictures. Not appropriate for a traveling family with small kids in most situations. In addition, this was immediately next to the highway. It was loud, and woke us up all night. Normal cars - no problem, but you get a motorcycle, semi or loud car and you can hear it all throughout the house, all night long.House: there were many cosmetic issues in the house. Peeling paint, damaged baseboard, holes in the walls and paintings. The Arcade cabinets in the basement were not there. All minor stuff, but the kids were looking forward to it.Cleanliness: dirty fingerprints on the walls, coffee and hair in the coffee machine water tank.With all this said, updated pictures, 100 of spackle/paint, a good clean and almost all of these issues go away. All issues except for the surrounding location and noise. If you live in a downtown city location, perhaps the highway wouldn't be an issue, but for us it was too disruptive to stay causing us to leave after the first night.

House was roomy and comfortable and clean. We loved having driveway/garage parking. Owner was responsive and super friendly in messages. Had a great stay with our doggo, really liked the neighborhood and the suggested restaurants were great! Everything was very close by to the neighborhood. Globe Iron, beach, and Rock n Roll Hall of Fame were less than 10 minutes away. Great restaurants were 3 minutes away. West Side Market was 5 minutes away

Stay was really great. Loved the fenced in backyard. The street is not as good as hoped, that is the only detriment, but the house was recently renovated and everything worked well. Will stay again.

The house was as listed and it was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. One nice touch is they had someone come and put the trash cans at the road for you so you could enjoy your stay and not have to do chores. The fenced in yard was nice for our dog to be able to get some running and playing in without worrying about the street or neighbors.

This place was great! We booked 2 nights for a bachelorette party and loved our stay. the place was clean, there was a handy binder with recommendations, and the hot tub was icing on the cake. Brian was super responsive when I had questions. definitely will keep this place in mind next time we plan a girls trip!

The house was great! In a depressed neighborhood of Cleveland but on a secluded almost dead end street so no traffic other than local. All the permanent residents were friendly when we encountered them. Moreover, the location is IDEAL for downtown or any outlying suburbs. 15 minutes or less drive for most. Unfortunately because or stay was so short (2 nights) didn’t get to enjoy all that the house had to offer (game room, projection tv, hot tub) but would definitely stay again. Getting a whole beautiful house for the cost of a crappy hotel room! Definitely worth it!
