This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Parma.
There is an attached 2-car garage that our guests are more than welcome to use! There`s also a concrete driveway that can fit an additional 3 cars, plus free on-street parking.
OFFICIAL POOL CLOSE DATES: POOL WILL BE CLOSED FROM OCTOBER 13TH TO MAY 14TH (may date depends on weather)
Weekly Pool Maintenance: A pool cleaner will be at the property every Wednesday morning to ensure the pool and equipment are in top condition for your enjoyment.
If you notice any discoloration or green in the pool, please message us immediately.
Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
To ensure smooth check-in, please complete these steps after booking:

- Take a quick selfie while holding your driver’s license or government-issued ID.

We extend a warm welcome to your furry family members as well, as we happily embrace a pet-friendly policy allowing a maximum of two pets. Simply seek prior approval.

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉
This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🤫 Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning
🚬 Smoking outside is permitted.
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property
🐾 A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. (No CATS allowed)
Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
