Excellent location on a quiet street, just a short walk from several restaurants, shops, a grocery store, and beautiful park. Very clean kitchen and bathrooms. Sofa and beds were very comfortable.

The house was very clean. The host was very responsive. It rained over the weekend so we didn't get to enjoy the backyard like we had hoped. We were disappointed the lights were down on the ground and not hung as pictured in the backyard and the neon sign in the bar area wasn't on and couldn't be turned on without messing with the wiring. Despite, it was a nice relaxing weekend with family celebrating a birthday.

This home with classic charm was perfect for our 6 night stay in Berea! It is within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions in Berea itself and is only a 25 minute drive to most sights in Cleveland. It’s perfect for anybody who wants to explore Cleveland and surrounding areas with a more quiet environment. House was very clean and well stocked - especially with towels. Furniture was clean and comfortable, and the bar and game room was a very nice touch. Front porch was great for enjoying mornings, and the back patio with propane fire pit was an easy and relaxing way to enjoy cooler evenings. Check in and check out were very easy, and communication with the host was great throughout the stay. The driveway was good to fit two cars, but more than that would be a little tight. Overall, a great home and a great trip!

Thank you for the five-star review. Glad the home's classic charm, location, and amenities — towels, comfortable furnishings, bar and game room, front porch and back patio fire pit — made your stay enjoyable. Appreciate the note about the driveway; it fits two cars comfortably. We'd be happy to welcome you back. — HomeHop

House was Perfect!! Everything is New and Up to Date! We enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the evenings. Only downfall was 1 full bathroom & 20 Parking Ticket with 8 woman in the house and 4 Cars. The City has rules of No Parking on the street from 3am to 6am and the house only has a driveway to fit maybe 3 vehicles with blocking the sidewalk.

Thank you for the kind review. Glad the home felt new and up to date and that you enjoyed the back patio in the evenings. Sorry the parking and having only one full bathroom caused issues — the driveway fits roughly three vehicles and the city does enforce no street parking from about 3–6 a.m., which can be tight for larger groups. We appreciate the feedback and will update the listing to clarify the parking and bathroom details. We’d love to host you again at 11 Adams St, Berea.

Stayed here for a long weekend to visit family and attend a concert. The house has a lot of character, yet includes some nice upgrades including a newly added bedroom in the basement (with access that is neat and clean for a 100 year old house), an updated kitchen and a fun bar/game room that the grandkids loved. Although this is a college area, the neighborhood was quiet on the September weekend we stayed. The host was easily reachable and responded quickly. It's also conveniently walkable to Berea and Baldwin Wallace college. We had a great stay and I'd come here again for future visits. The one small negative to point out is that the driveway only fits two cars. We only had 2, but the town does ticket street parking overnight so if you're traveling with 3 or more vehicles you'll need an additional spot(s).
