10 out of 10! Our host, Jana, was a pleasure to work with. I explained that I wanted to rent a house for my large family for a log weekend. She gave me a couple of options based on my family needs. She was very quick to respond whenever I asked a question. We chose our house and couldn’t wait to begin our vacation. The rental process went smoothly. The house was located just off the main road but when we were at the house, we couldn’t hear traffic. It was very relaxing. The house itself was perfect for my family. We had a clean, spacious kitchen, a large living room and many bedrooms for all of us. The game room and backyard were an added bonus. Only wish we could have stayed longer.I highly recommend Jana. I would definitely contact her again to rent another house.

Great Space to Connect with Friends

Stayed here with a group of friends, and it was perfect. There are a number of spaces for socializing. The kitchen was perfect for the number of people we had cooking at one time!

Great Family Spot

Bunch of family in town for a wedding and this spot was perfect. Fit us all nicely and we weren't crammed. There is a nice patio out back that is not pictured and games in the garage. Jana was super communicative and responsive.

Perfect stay!

Jana’s place was clean and as advertised. The location was much better than expected. Close to food and other things while being tucked away on a quiet road. You can walk to the gas station and food right around the corner. Great communication. The back patio was a great surprise. Quiet and cozy with a grill to use! Highly recommend!

Great for our friend group!

I had tons of questions ahead of time and the communication was quick and all of my questions were answered. The house itself is super cute. Due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the patio - but it looked amazing. Plenty of space for our group of 12 to be together and also spread out. The house is located in a great location - we felt like we had plenty of privacy but we were close to anything we needed!

Unexpected Gem

When we pulled up, we weren't sure it was going to fit us all. We had 7 people in our group. Turns out we had more than enough space for us all. The living room furniture wasn't the kind to hang out and veg, but to play games and visit, it worked out great. The kitchen and living room was perfect for us all to fit and enjoy time with my daughter and college friends. There are 3 full bedrooms and a laundry room in the basement and cute little patio tucked away in the back of the house. Don't let google maps scare you away. The picture from the street view must have been before the house was renovated.

Great Place

We needed one night at a place that was close to the airport for an early morning flight, and booked this house. The outside of the house was not what we expected, but the inside was wonderful. Everything inside seemed new. Loved the layout. Very nice furniture and comfy beds. Modern appliances in the kitchen. The kids loved the foosball table in the garage! We felt very welcomed in this house. 3 miles from the airport was very convenient. There are several places for meals nearby is you don't want to cook. Close to gas stations if you need to fill up the rental car before returning it. There was a nice welcome basket in the kitchen with some granola bars, popcorn ready to be microwaved, and a few bottles of water- a couple were even in the refrigerator chilling. Easy instructions printed out and on the wall. Will definitely stay here again the next time we have an early flight out of Cleveland, or if we want a nice place close to the city itself.

Birthday/Christmas gathering

Just the right amount of space to entertain the family. Kudos to the Decor. Pictures are very accurate. We were able to move many items into house with ease. Roomy 1 car garage to unpack the car in the garage and carry items directly into the kitchen. 3 stars went to the communicating with host because of the glitch. Yes, I did read the business hours, however I believe all hosts should listen to their vm and respond even after listing their business hours. The Browns were playing that Sun & the TV didn't play local channels. We started in the 1st quarter to get the Browns game on the TV. NO go! We must of had 3 people doing everything possible to get a connection with a company to see the game. With the help of people trying different passwords, phone calls, texts, talking with a cable customer service rep, anything possible even at the same time to get the game on the TV. Finally, shortly into the beginning of the 3rd quarter the programming worked. At the very least leave instructions for the TV for those who may want to watch a mundane local program or football on Sunday.

Response from VrboOwner on 26 January 2024
Hi Elaine! Thank you for your positive comments on our property. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced with the TV during the Browns game. It's worth noting that our new smart TVs allow guests to log in with their personal subscriptions, and therefore, we do not have credentials login information to provide. We appreciate your efforts to resolve the issue. Additionally, we want to clarify that we did not receive a voicemail, and had we received a message through the Vrbo platform, we would have responded promptly. We value your feedback and will strive to enhance communication methods for future stays. We hope to host you again for a more seamless experience. Best regards!
