Welcome to this newly renovated luxurious home designed to comfortably house multiple families or a group looking for a wonderful getaway. The large kitchen boasts a 9 foot island with a 48 inch industrial stove and double oven. The open living room allows for comfortable gatherings while the family room allows for a secondary gathering area. The five bedrooms allow for comfortable sleeping arrangements with two en-suite bathrooms, six bunk beds, four king beds, and two futons. House is located minutes from Avon Point Park and the Avon Lake boat launch. Neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, and anything else you might need for the ideal family getaway.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well-equipped for big group meals. We appreciated the big, open gathering areas, big couches, and the special touch of having decorations up for our visit over the holidays. An added bonus was the great neighborhood that was close to parks and nature areas. The host answered questions quickly. We would definitely rebook in the future.

Amazing property

My group and I had a wonderful time! The home was spacious and the open concept kitchen and living room made it easy for us to enjoy the football game together! The bathrooms were beautiful and everything was very clean.

Perfect place for family gathering

This house was perfect! Large open floorplan for kitchen, dining, and gathering. Plenty of room and kitchenware for a large group (we had 5 adults and 4 teens). Nice quiet neighborhood, great for walking together. Easy access to airport, Cleveland and our event in Vermillion.

Great Home!

We had a wonderful time staying in the house! It was perfect place for our family reunion and birthday celebration. The kitchen was conveniently located adjacent to the dining area, which allowed us to all eat together. Adults all slept in king-size beds. And the kids loved the bunk room. IIf we ever return to Cleveland, I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Highly recommend.

Eclipse Family Reunion

Had family come all the way from Finland to watch the eclipse. The location was perfect because we could walk to the beach, and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. There were plenty of bath towels and pillows. Would love to stay again.

The house was not cleaned properly before we arrived, food was left in fridge and food was under the kitchen table. There were ants in the house. The windows were smeared with oily substance. There was a strong odor which resembled the smell of mold that was causing all the adults to cough soon after we got there. When the owner was contacted we were told to open the windows. The owner lives in the neighborhood and did not stop by to check on it. The hot tub is not safe to use. The day after leaving the property my granddaughter developed folliculitis and had to be seen in urgent care. The doctor stated this is hot tub folliculitis (pseudomomal folliculitis) caused by bacteria in a hot tub. When I contacted the owner, he was dismissive and stated if I gave him a bad review he would have it removed from the platform. When I contacted VRBO they confirmed this review can’t be removed. They assured me it will be escalated to the VRBO health and safety review team and I will be informed of their findings. Save yourself from being aggravated and find a true luxurious home
