The place was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay! We had no issues with anything and the host was super responsive when needed! Thank you for a great stay in Cleveland for the Rush concert!! We would definitely stay again!

The location was walking distance to just about everywhere. The apartment was very pretty very clean.We really enjoyed the roof top area. Great place to bri g a drink and just relax with phenomenal views.

Check in was a complete cluster f. Owner refused to provide any information until an hour before check in, then sends a very complicated set of instructions which I’m supposed to interpret while I’m double parked on one of the busiest streets in the city while a couple thousand cars are looking for parking for the Guardians game. The instructions refer to a non existent parking card and directions to a parking garage that has no idea what I’m talking about when I ask if I’m in the right lot. Luckily the guy in the lot next door confirmed we were just in the right lot. So around the block we go in game traffic and pay event parking to get in the lot. We finally get to our room and the door code in the complicated directions is wrong. As a consolation, down the hall there was another couple who was checking in and having all the exact same problems. Property manager provided the code pretty quickly but when piled on top of a stressful 30 minutes of trying to figure things out, The property itself is fine, clean, pretty bare bones. Nice big shower stall but the floor is very slippery- needs traction mats. And weirdly, no soap dish/ shelf in the shower, so everything is on the floor. A pretty sketchy neighborhood- lots of panhandling, not the property’s fault, but an important detail in my opinion. To be fair, I don’t have any other neighborhoods in the city to compare to. Walking distance to all sports arenas, rock hall. Dining options in the neighborhood were not great.
