If you’re going to be in Cleveland and definitely wanna be in the vicinity of Little Italy than this is your place. Excellent proximity to all of the local shops and restaurants and it’s very quiet and low-key. Add to that that you’ve got a dedicated parking space and this location checks all the boxes. Would stay again.
We’ve stayed here several times. It’s always our first choice when we come to Cleveland. Great location to walk to Little Italy and Case Western, and the owners are very responsive. We’ll be back.

Perfect for two guests. Within about 20 min of most attractions. Apartment is exactly as advertised, and we would love to return when we come back to Cleveland.
Really great stay! The location was great with convenient access to Little Italy. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to a RTA Red Line stop, so it was super convenient for us to head downtown for a Guardians' game.

Loved location , price , area . First time in Cleveland visiting case western for football game . Would stay here again if available for future visits .
Perfect, cozy 1 br apartment on the lower level. I stayed for a quick overnight between work shifts at a nearby hospital so the location was super convenient. The space was clean, bed was comfortable and is quick walking distance to several restaurants. Was glad to stay and will most likely stay here again if able.
This was a perfect location for my training at Case Western Reserve University! Very cute, cozy and clean, I enjoyed my stay and loved that I could walk all over. I did not need a car. I'll definitely stay at Diane's place again!
Although I have used other home stay companies for more than a decade, this was my first Vrbo; it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! This property is a jewel box—every aspect has been thoughtfully curated. I can echo the positive remarks made by others who have stayed. I’d add that little touches such as: high-quality towels; deluxe shower head (with excellent water pressure); all manner of climate controls; well-equipped kitchen; lighting options and copious electrical outlets throughout; a generous number of felt-covered hangers in the closet; a mid-sized mirror on the closet door; cozy linens, pillows, and two types of coverlets; and the twin lounger-chair make this place extra-special. While the bed did feel firm to the touch, I found the memory foam topper to be plush and supportive. And the dedicated off-street parking spot is fantastic. The location truly is close to just about everything. I feel fortunate to have found this awesome spot and enjoy such a wonderful stay. Particularly at a stressful time (I was in the area for a serious family medical situation at the Cleveland Clinic). I look forward to returning…definitely recommend this place!

Exceptionally clean. Small but with many extras like: basic necessities to cook meals; tea and coffee; notebook with expectations of guests, means of contacting hosts, and brief descriptions of places of interest nearby. It was very quiet, a comfortable, firm bed and the price was appealing.
Everything about this property was suitable for our purposes in Cleveland. It was easy to find. it was updated and spotless. Great parking. A walkable and quaint historic location. It is meant for two and the two of us had a great stay.
Lovely little apartment within walking distance of lots to see and do! It was even better than expected: bright, cozy, and clean. The walls are a little thin, so I could hear muffled TV noise from the folks upstairs and outside chatter in the daytime; if you're a light sleeper, keep this in mind. Diane and her husband are lovely hosts! I would recommend their apartment if you're in the area for leisure or business.
