The back door was screwed shut. The window unit in the bedroom didnt cool the house even with fans. My guest & I have bug bites all over. The faucet in the shower leaks where water goes on the floor.

The back door was secured for safety reasons, and I’ll make sure that’s communicated more clearly moving forward. I’m also currently addressing the A/C unit and plumbing issues you mentioned, and I’ll have maintance to fumigate the yard immediately!
