- The floor lamp and bathroom outlet do not work. I eventually got other things working once I opened the subpanel and turned the circuits back on. Several of the blinds are broken and don't open. (So the studio is NOT so bright, even in the daytime.)- The property is very noisy, and light comes in on three sides of the unit door.- The instructions for the lock on the back door are incomplete/confusing. (Happy to give specifics.)- There is very little nearby--I had a hard time finding food.- The neighborhood seems to be gentrifying, but parts of it are derelict. It doesn't feel safe for a woman traveling alone. There should definitely be a deadbolt on the unit door.- The unit is on the second floor, and there is no elevator. This is not a good choice if you have physical limitations or a lot of bags.
