Inside, you’ll find a thoughtful blend of historic character and modern updates (completed in 2024), including original woodwork, new lighting, and elegant furnishings throughout. The kitchen features Amish-built cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances — perfect for preparing anything from a casual breakfast to a family dinner.
Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms sleep up to eight guests:
• Bedroom 1: King bed (space for an extra twin upon request), chair, sit/stand desk, and tv/monitor
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two twins (convertible to a king) with optional third twin upon request
Each bedroom includes a fan, white noise machine, room-darkening shades, ample closet space, and two luggage racks.
Outside, a spacious front porch with a classic swing and additional seating overlooks a quiet green space dotted with trees and seasonal flowers. It’s an ideal spot to enjoy a morning coffee, evening conversation, or the occasional passing deer.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full private access to the home and driveway parking for up to 5 cars. Please take note that city regulations prohibit overnight street parking from November 1 through April 15 between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m., so be sure to utilize the driveway during these times.

A covered bus stop for the #45 Ridge–Fulton RTA line is a 2-minute walk away, connecting you to Parma attractions and downtown Cleveland.
