LA PEÑIGA FARM

The La Peñiga estate is located on a mountainside in the Cantabrian village of Mazcuerras. It covers an area of 35,000 m, surrounded by large trees and four landscaped ponds. It features a 386 m wooden house spread over two floors. The ground floor features three bedrooms—two with double beds and the third with two 90-centimeter beds. There are two living rooms: the winter living room has a fireplace and a wood-burning stove, The summer living room is glass-enclosed. There is a fully equipped kitchen-dining area. Two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—and a large wooden deck where you can relax and enjoy the view of the ponds. On the ground floor, there is a suite with an en suite bathroom, a terrace, and a living room-office. For the little ones, we have a large playground with a trampoline and a small zip line. Along the pond walkway, you’ll find several spots to relax. At Pond Two, there are wonderful lounge chairs, and at Pond Three, a wooden gazebo. We look forward to welcoming you.
