Very lovely stay

Lovey house and pool in a good location but car is needed to get to the best restaurants . Everything only 2-5 km away , beach , port and river. Big supermarket mins away I would recommended this property and owners very welcoming

Great Family Stay

We had a great stay here with our family and our little dog. The pool was amazing and we used it daily. It was perfect especially with the heat. The house is furnished well and the kitchen had all equipment that you would need. Franck also helped us a lot during the check in and showed us everything in the house and even gave us tips on how to get to the nicest beaches and where to park for free if we drive around Agde. I recommend the stay here!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt dort. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und reagieren sehr schnell auf Fragen und Wünsche. Im Haus selbst war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Von Kochutensilien über Wolldecken bis hin zum Bügelbrett war alles da. Der beheizte Außenpool war an den bewölkten Tagen wirklich sehr toll und man konnte trotzdem ins Wasser.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Unkompliziert und schön

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war rundum super, Pools und Zimmer waren Sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter wäre unkompliziert und freundlich außerdem waren seine Restaurant Empfehlungen sehr gut. Die Lage ist gut man kann alles relevante in der Umgebung gut mit Auto oder Bolt erreichen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt Vielen Dank

Toller Urlaub im schönen Haus mit Pool

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit praktisch allem was man im Haushalt benötigt. Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet. Das Haus ist sauber, das Interieur modern und bequem. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit tollem Pool. Wir haben unsere Zeit wirklich genossen. Die Bilder auf der Webseite zeigen, wie es wirklich aussieht. Une très belle maison dans un magnifique quartier reposant.

Maison très spacieuse dans un état parfait, située dans un quartier calme mais toutefois à proximité de nombreux commerces très pratiques. Celle-ci est agrémentée d'une très jolie piscine chauffée et d'un espace extérieur magnifiquement entretenu. Accueillis de manière conviviale et très efficace par le couple de Propriétaires aussi sympathique que leur maison est belle. Il va sans dire que nous recommandons vivement !!

L'hébergement était bien aménagé. De plus, le lieu était bien entretenu et propre Si vous cherchez un endroit au Cap d'Agde pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, je recommande vivement cet hébergement. L'emplacement est parfait, proche des commerces et de la mer, dans un quartier calme, les installations sont top. Grand jacuzzi . Un moment formidable accompagné de grillades au barbecue. Nous sommes impatients de revenir!

Tres belle maison, beau jardin mais pas du tout entretenu..

J'ai chuter en sortant du jacuzzi, résultat côtes cassé, il manque une poignées pour sortir ou entrer dedans car la marche est très haute pour quelqu'un de 1,65m!la maison était extrêmement sale,le four inutilisable vu sa propreté,la machine a laver nous a fait 3 inondations,des tonnes de poussières partout, des moutons a foisons sous tout les lits,j'ai poser un objet sur le frigo a mon arrivée et je l'ai enlever aussi vite quand j'ai vu la crasse qu'il y avais dessus," les coussins têtes "du jacuzzi en dessous était plein de crasse, bref le ménage n'avait été clairement pas fait, en même temps les locataires doivent le faire très vite en partant car les propriétaires fixe le prix du ménage a 180€,alors bien sûr personne ne le prends. Les abattants des 2 WC ce décale dès que l'on s'assoie car ils sont desseré,quand on a les côtes cassé c'est extrêmement douloureux !les distributeurs de papiers WC ne tiennent pas non plus.pour une maison de 10 personnes, il manque cruellement de placards,partout:cuisine, sdb et chambre, la location n'est pas donnée et le forfait électricité n'est pas assez haut pour 10 personnes ! Même en éteignant en quittant chaque pièce on dépasse très largement le forfait, 140kg watts pour notre part que le propriétaire avec tout nos déboires nous en a fait cadeau. Il faut dire que le jacuzzi est compter dedans pour l'électricité alors le forfait journalier en prend un coup! Bref les propriétaires doivent retrousser leurs manches

Nos vacances se sont super bien passées. L’endroit du logement est dans un quartier très calme, et idéalement situé à proximité de commerces… Le logement en lui même est vraiment top où nous avons pu profiter de la piscine. Je recommande fortement ! Et mention spéciale aux cadeaux reçus à l’arrivée. Encore merci aux propriétaires du logement !

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und Sauber. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber erfüllt ihren Zweck. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter ist sehr nett, vielen Dank für die Gastgeschenke 😌. Das Highlight war der Pool. Die Umgebung ist wunder schön, es gibt viel zu erkunden. Wir wären am liebsten noch geblieben, und kommen auch gerne wieder. Wir hatten einen tollen Familien Urlaub mit zwei Kinder und unserem Hund. Vielen Dank, Grüße Familie Peters

Lage und Ausstattung sind ok , idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge . Das Meer ist aber Flussläufig nicht erreichbar . Der Pool und das Haus könnte etwas gepflegter sein , allerdings ist der Besitzer auch nicht pingelig , was den Aufenthalt mit Kindern dadurch wiederum relaxter macht . O-Ton : Hauptsache am Ende funktioniert noch alles . Insgesamt für Familien ok

Villa optimale située dans une résidence calme

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable même si nous n’avons profité de la villa qu’en soirée. En effet notre groupe étions en déplacement professionnel pour effectuer des travaux dans nos appartements situés au grau du roi - Saint pierre la mer- et cap d’Agde. Je recommande cette villa très sympathique et des propriétaires à l’écoute.
