A perfect family vacation

We have seen a lot of beautiful photos, and they show all the rooms very well. However, we felt more than welcome and thought that it's interieur is very well arranged. It feels like a familiar apartment, tres chic and artfully decorated.

A True Gem

My family and I truly enjoyed this very clean, bright, and lovely apartment! The hosts went above and beyond- the best example of hospitality! The location was perfect- we could walk everywhere very easily and it was quiet at night. The terrace was amazing to eat breakfast on every morning and enjoy an appero in the evening! I recommend this appartement to anyone looking for a lovely space to stay in Cap D’Agde! Merci!!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen

Vielen Dank an Sylvie für die Gastfreundschaft und den netten Empfang. Uns wurde stehts Hilfe angeboten, welche nur selten in Anspruch genommen werden musste, da alles an seinem Platz war und funktioniert hat. Die Wohnung wurde in einem sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, jedoch ist es nicht unbedingt laut. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa 15-20 Minuten am Meer; das ist recht angenehm. Und das beste Eis der Stadt liegt auch direkt an der Wohnung. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank! Un grand merci à Sylvie pour l'hospitalité et l'accueil sympathique. On nous proposait toujours de l'aide, qu'il fallait rarement utiliser car tout était à sa place et fonctionnait. L'appartement a été jugé propre. L'emplacement est très central, mais ce n'est pas forcément bruyant. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la mer en 15 à 20 minutes environ ; c'est plutôt agréable. Et les meilleures glaces de la ville se trouvent juste à côté de l'appartement. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé de belles vacances. Merci!

Un magnifique appartement avec une vue imbattable sur le port et ses voiliers. L'appartement était confortable et absolument propre. Et le balcon «un p'tit coin de paradis» avec le soleil de 9-19 heures (à peu près).

Chouette séjour au coeur du port Cap d'Agde pour une famille

Appartement adapté pour 1 famille avec 1 chambre avec lit double + 2 chambres avec lits superposés. 1 terrasse Situation idéale au coeur du Cap d'Adge dans le port avec une belle vue et avec tous commerces et services en bas de l'immeuble. Plages très faciles d'accès en voiture à 5min avec parkings gratuits ou peu chers. 1 place de parking extérieure dans une cour voisine. Nous avons apprécié la présence d'un lave linge, de serviettes de plage, de pouvoir faire sécher le linge sur la terrasse, ainsi que du propriétaire qui habite sur le même palier, et qui est très sympathique, réactif et disponible. Il serait appréciable d'avoir un WIFI performant (il fonctionnait uniquement sur la terrasse, pas d'accès internet WIFI dans l'appartement).

Avec ma fille et ses deux garçons venus de Londres, nous avons été accueillis par Thierry qui nous a aimablement fait visiter son lumineux appartement. Les 3 chambres avec rangements et bureaux,sont accueillantes. SDB, avec douche, lave linge, sèche linge, sèche serviettes. Très bien situé avec une vue imprenable sur la marina et ses nombreux voiliers amarrés en attente… L’équipement est top, il ne manque absolument rien, les consommables étant pourvus pour l’électroménager et la cuisine de base. Nous avons pu nous connecter à notre compte Netflix avec ma clé Chrome Cast, le wifi (fibre) partagé nous a donné satisfaction. La résidence sécurisée est très calme et propre, avec un parking privatif sécurisé. Le port de plaisance avec ses nombreux restaurants , boutiques et commerces de bouche est à 5 minutes en flânant. Le parc d’attractions à 15 minutes. Ce fût un réel plaisir de passer cette semaine du 1er au 8 avril, juste avant les vacances de Pâques. Je recommande vivement cette location 5* Merci à Thierry!

superb apartment in the center of Cap d' Agde!

We had a wonderful stay in this fully equipped, spacious and quiet apartment right in the city center of Cap 'd Agde! All too often, you get an empty, worn down apartment in this very touristic cityr but this apartment almost feels like a 'home away from home' ! An above all, Sylvie and Thierry are excellent hosts, from booking/extending the booking to guiding you to get the most out of your stay in Cap 'd Agde! We've been coming to Cap 'd Agde for more than 10 years and this was by far our best experience!

Quatre adultes et deux enfants de 5 et 10 ans. Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans ce bel appartement très bien agencé, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé de matériels de qualité. La terrasse est très agréable et les grandes baies vitrées inondent le salon de lumière. Accueil et propriétaire à l'écoute et sympathiques, nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, il se rend disponible dès que l'on en a besoin et est très agréable. La location a une place parfaite dans le port, la vue est superbe et l'endroit est isolé du bruit. La plage, les boites, les marchés, tout est à 20min maximum à pied, pas besoin de se servir de la voiture. Je conseille fortement ! Robin

Excellent appartement près du port du cap

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dan cet appartement très bien agencé à 2 pas du port du cap d’Agde. Thierry nous a très bien accueilli et a été d’excellent conseil durant notre séjour au cap. La vue depuis le salon et la terrasse sur la marina du cap est très appréciable tout en étant au calme.

Un séjour parfait en tous points

Nous recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement et ses propriétaires on ne peut plus sympathiques, accueillants, aux petits soins. L'appartement est très bien placé, à proximité de tous les commerces. Rien ne manque dans cet appartement dans lequel on se sent comme à la maison. Et pour finir, une vue magnifique... Appartement au cœur de la station, avec une vue magnifique !

Très agréable séjour au Cap d’Agde dans cet appartement, qui offre une vue de premier choix sur le port et la mer. On ne se lasse pas de la vue depuis le salon ou la terrasse! La situation au cœur de la station permet de tout avoir à disposition en seulement quelques minutes à pied. L’appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Nous avions lu l’annonce trop vite : il y a bien 2 chambres avec des lits superposés et non 1 seule comme nous le pensions. Bonne surprise ! Ambiance chaleureuse dans l’appartement. Les propriétaires ont été très réactifs dans la préparation de notre séjour. Nous recommandons !

Incroyable appartement !

Je recommande vraiment cet appartement à 100% Nous avons passé un agréable Noël en famille. Accueil chaleureux ☺️ La résidence est très calme et l’appartement est spacieux, très propre, équipé dans chaques pièces, on se sent vraiment à la maison ! La vue sur le port est magnifique
