Apres plus de 3 semaines sur place vous nous avez informé de punaises de lit. Nous avons fait intervenir le specialiste qui a détecté des puces qui sont arrivées pendant votre sejour. Aucune punaise de lit.... (mais vous le savez car je vous ai fait parvenir son attestation). Nous sommes désolés des désagréments que vous avez subi mais qui sont indépendants de la propreté et la salubrité de notre appartement, ces puces ayant été introduites durant votre sejour.
Apres votre depart, nous avons mis notre appartement en quarantaine et fait un traitement de choc, changé les matelas ..... nettoyé, nettoyé .....
Un remboursement de 500 € n'a pas ete suffisant ?.... dommage.
Nous esperons ne pas vous revoir

Sehr schöner Urlaub in cap d'agde
Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit toller Lage direkt am Hafen. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zu den guten Restaurants. Entspanntes Parken vor der Wohnung. Wir hatten zu viert eine wirklich tolle Zeit.
