The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to meet all your culinary needs. A washer is also available for your convenience.

Upstairs, the first bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second bedroom features a single bed. Both rooms are thoughtfully styled and fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries for your comfort.

For your convenience, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure a welcoming environment.

Welcome to Dulwich, one of South London’s greenest and most picturesque neighbourhoods, once admired by Charles Dickens and home to notable figures from Margaret Thatcher to AC/DC’s Bon Scott.

Within walking distance, you’ll find Dulwich Village, Dulwich Park, the Dulwich Picture Gallery, and the lively Herne Hill. Nearby areas like Brixton (renowned for its music scene and food), Crystal Palace (parks and shopping), and trendy Peckham offer even more to explore.

Local favourites include The Rosendale pub, celebrated for its food and happy hours, and Bullfinch Brewery near Brockwell Park, offering excellent German and Belgian beers. Dulwich Village has several dining options, while Lordship Lane in East Dulwich boasts a wide variety of restaurants and cafés.

For groceries, West Dulwich has a Tesco, The Elderflower for fine foods, and Gastronomia, an Italian deli. There’s also a butcher and Sicilian deli on Rosendale Road, or for a larger shop, Sainsbury’s in Crystal Palace is just 10 minutes by car.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

There are plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area, however if you're unable to find one, there is also paid parking available nearby.

The nearest train station, West Dulwich, is just a 15-minute walk.

Heathrow and Gatwick Airports are a 1h10 drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
