Lying on a gentle slope overlooking the picturesque fishing village of Alyki, amidst a lovely small garden with olives, pomegranates, lemon and orange trees, caper and roses and bougainvillea, this studio combines a breathtaking view and the peacefulness of living in the countryside with easy access to crystal-clear seas and the comforts of a lively village, with fish-taverns, supermarkets, café-bars.
The cottage is located at the ground level, beneath a typical Parian country house. It has an autonomous entrance.It consists of two big rooms, a bathroom and a small yard. In the first room there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a convertible sofa-double bed. The bedroom has a double bed, a cupboard and a big sideboard.
