This unique and charming 120m² apartment is located in one of the most attractive streets in the centre of Copenhagen.

It is a very quiet loation, with the park Øster Anlæg just outside the windows. It is a closed end street, so there is no traffic going through. You can walk to five different museuems within five minutes. Just around the corner is a vibrant street with shops, restaurants, takeaways, cafes and bakeries. One of the bakeries is a top end glutenfree shop. The Botanical Garden, King Garden, and The National Gallery is less than 4 minutes walk away.

There is everything you need in the apartment, which is fully furnished. The WIFI is superfast with a 1000 Mbit connection, and you can watch anything you want on the large Smart TV.

Bright and well-furnished, the first bedroom has a large double bed and wardrobe. The second bed room has a single bed. There is a separate dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with high quality pots, pans, plates, etc.

The Little Mermaid is just a 20-minute walk away, and you can rent bicycles just at the end of the street. The metro to the airport is just 10 minute walk away, and the metro cityring is just 8 minutes walk from here.

Spectacular place to stay in. On the ground floor with beautiful windows lighting the 30' X 20' stunningly beautiful living room. The location could not have been better. The road was quiet and we had some beautiful walks in the park. There were six museums/art galleries in walking distance. Two grocery stores were close by and some amazing restaurants. The Oster Port rail station was just at the end of the park and we were easily able to take the train to Elsinore. Our landlord was just amazing, giving excellent advice and showing us how to use the laundry facilities.

I loved the enchanting quiet

This was our first visit to Copenhagen and it was lovely. Just exactly as advertised…! Quiet street with the main road full of shops, a good grocery store with organic food and eateries nearby. There is a full size refrigerator stove, range and microwave plus plates, bowls, glasses etc And stranger than fixtion we liked the stairs as that helped us feel like we were making room for more delicious yummies!!

Copenhagen is a nice town

The appartement is very central, so you can reach nearly everything with a walk. The city is very nice to visit. A boat trip is also very fine. Niels Hahn answer each questions very quickly and explain everything you want to know. Thank you for that, Niels. The appartement is big and lightening. It’s a traditional house with history and it is near the parc, so you see nature.

Erholsamer Schlaf in authentischem Altbau

Zu unserem Vermieter Niels standen wir in nettem E-Mail- und SMS-Kontakt. Vor dem Haus waren mehrere Parkbuchten zum Entladen frei. Der Zugang zu den Haus- und Wohnungsschlüsseln über eine Zahlenschloss-Box am Haus war so einfach wie beschrieben. Das Haus und die Wohnung sind trotz des hohen Alters (Baujahr 1880) in gutem Zustand. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist tagsüber kaum und nachts gar nicht befahren, sie liegt in einem Wohngebiet. Die Betten sind hervorragend: Die Matratzen machen einen neuwertigen Eindruck, die Federbettdecken und -kissen sind flauschig. Bad und WC sind räumlich getrennt, die Badewanne ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber, das Waschbecken, die Armaturen und die Toilette sind recht neu und ebenfalls sauber. Der Kühlschrank ist groß, der Gasherd mit Elektro-Backofen funktioniert, und alle Geräte sehen unbenutzt aus. Es stehen ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe und Gläser (inkl. schöner Weingläser) zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen strombetriebenen Wasserkocher, der zum Kaffee-Aufbrühen in der Cafétiere (Pressstempelkanne) verwendet wird. Es gibt eine Edelstahlspüle aber keine Spülmaschine. W-LAN funktioniert einwandfrei, den großen Flachbildfernseher haben wir nicht benutzt (stattdessen Rummycub und Triomino gespielt). An die Fenster- und Türmechanismen aus Uropas Zeiten gewöhnt man sich schnell, mit allem anderen in der Wohnung fühlten wir uns sofort heimisch. Wir wären gern länger als die gebuchten drei Nächte geblieben, denn es lebt sich gut in Niels Appartment. Kopenhagen ist eine urgemütliche, wenn auch etwas teure Stadt (insbesondere Restaurants, Cafés, Kneipen). Die Menschen scheinen ausnahmslos freundlich, höflich, zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll zu sein - egal ob Passant oder Servicepersonal im Restaurant, Bus- oder Taxifahrer, Mitbewohner oder Verkehrteilnehmer. Nur eines war ausgesprochen schade: Tivoli war wegen eines Dekorationswechsels in der kompletten Zeit unseres Dänemark-Aufenthalts geschlossen. Also werden wir irgendwann nochmal wiederkommen. Wir hoffen, dann nochmal Niels Gast sein zu dürfen.

Great location

First trip to Copenhagen and Neils was great to work with. The apartment was centrally located and it made it easy to get to all the sites. We came in during the jazz fest and having jazz playing down the street made it all the better. Neils was great to work with and answered all of our questions and the apartment was ready when we arrived. It is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood.

We spent a super week in the heart of copenhagen. We were surprised how quiet it can be, while still so central. Enjoyed the local playground, and museums. Great hospitality from Niels and fantastic service with internet, netflix and everything you could possibly wish to set up for family stay.

This apartment was in a very good location, near to local amenities, galleries and tourist sites all within walking distance. Had a fabulous short break. Niels was extremely helpful and kind and we were able to store our luggage on our last day, as we had a late flight, so saving us from dragging our cases everywhere. Very comfortable beds.

***Beautiful Flat in the Center of Copenhagen***

The location of this flat could not be any better! It's right across from a park where you can picnic and have swans as your company. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to most attractions, including Tivoli Garden, Little Mermaid, Nyhavn, botanic garden, and city center. There are many good restaurants, including a Michelin Star restaurant, within 3-5 minutes of walk. You can get grocery from Netto market and another store nearby, again within walking distance. Like an alcoholic vacation? You can find many varieties of beer and wine in a liquor store around the corner. The flat is very spacious. There are 3 separate sleeping rooms, a living room, a large dining room, and a full kitchen. It's tastefully decorated with vintage furniture. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable. It's perfect for unwinding after a day of hard work (i.e. sightseeing). The kitchen has all the cooking essentials for making simple breakfast or a full dinner. We were able to keep some of our routine diet while on vacation, which is almost impossible if we had stayed in a hotel. The location is also very quiet. We could hardly hear any noise from neighbors or the street. The rooms and facilities are very clean. We really felt like home! Niels is a great host! Everything is so clearly and thoughtfully prepared. We had no problem at all. He kept in touch with us during our stay and offered help in case we needed anything. It was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend this property to anyone who plans to visit Copenhagen.

Ruim appartement met enkele aandachtspunten op prima locatie

Het appartement is ruim en heeft een gezellige, knusse uitstraling. De centrale ligging is perfect. Aandachtspunten zijn de sterk verouderde keuken, het ontbreken van een plafondlamp en voor vier personen is er te weinig echt comfortabel zitmeubilair in de woonkamer (een krappe tweezitter en twee rotanstoelen) De ontvangst was hartelijk, maar door het ongestreken, incomplete beddengoed (geen opgemaakte bedden), de vuile en vochtige theedoeken in de keuken en de niet schoongemaakte koelkast voelden we ons niet echt welkom. Voor de prijs die voor het appartement wordt gerekend mag de service echt wat beter zijn.

Einfach perfekt!

Schöne, grosszügige Wohnung in ruhiger und perfekter Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch die Innenstadt erreicht man bequem zu Fuss. Die Einrichtung der gut gepflegte Wohnung ermöglicht und garantiert einen erholsamen Ferienaufenthalt. Niels der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und äusserst zuvorkommend. Bei seiner ruhigen und charmanten Art fühlt man sich sofort willkommen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und genauso können wir diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
