Great property In a nice quiet neighborhood, public transportation near by during the week. Host was great communicated properly and in a timely manner, would definitely recommend this property if your exploring Boston , Salem and surrounding areas.

It was so neat being across from the boardwalk that runs along the beautiful coast line with lots of beds and amenities. I hope I can stay here again if I get back east again!

First the positive. The locations was across a major street from the ocean which was nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, the property is very average. No one is maintaining the front yes which is overgrown with weeds. The entry has unrepaired water damage on the ceiling, and the drapes are broken in several rooms. There is a shortage of lighting, the Don g room does not have a functioning light and the living room has one, small freestanding light which is only useful if you sit on the live seat. There were issues with the electricity and the shampoo containers which the owner did correct on the second day. Also, the description does not point out that one of the bedrooms is not an actual bedroom, it is just part of a room separated by a curtain which provides minimal privacy. There are also stained and torn furniture. Overall, a serviceable property close to the water but way too expensive for the condition it is in

It was a nice spacious home and very clean. I just wish there was more than one television. The only issue I had was the bedroom door locked without me loving it and it took a few hours for me to get in contact with the host to help me get it back open. But other than that I enjoyed my stay and I would rent again if possible.

The most well-outfitted VRBO I’ve ever stayed at (and I have stayed at dozens). Everything we could want or need was already there!The location was superb- across the street from the beach, a couple minutes walk to a playground for the grandsons, and the best clam shack (The Clam Box) steps away from the playground! Close to a T stop (we drove because we had little kids with us).The bedroom arrangement is slightly strange with rooms inside rooms, but worked out great for our group- grandparents and family of four.The kitchen was great! Gas range, large fridge, large sink, plenty of cookware, dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. also prior guests (I suppose) had left sugar and spices. Keurig with coffee pods (thank you!) electric kettle (a necessity for our Brit son-in-law), and a filtered water container for the fridge, plus plenty of ice cube trays.The place was spotlessly clean! There were plenty of towels, and even facial tissue, and hand soap at every sink.We had a couple of issues and they were taken care of quickly with a phone call to the host.We had a wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

We liked the neighborhood the VRBO was located it. Close to restaurants, park, ocean, variety store etc. We walked through the neighborhood each night and felt very safe. The kitchen was big, open, and well stocked.
