The kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave with a hot air function and a dishwasher. The large, fully fenced garden has a large stone barbecue that you can use. A washing machine and dryer are available to use free of charge in the utility room. The second floor has three bedrooms (one double and two singles) with comfortable box-spring beds and a surprisingly spacious bathroom.
