Great Hamptons Get Away!

This is the perfect Hamptons getaway located in the best location! Just a few minutes away from the town of East Hampton and super close to Amagansett, there isn't a better area to stay in. Great house for families with little kids or adults. Cant wait to come back again this summer!

Very nice place and welll located to visit Zeeland. Julia has been a very nice host, easy to communicate with and has been flexible enough to accommodate a last minute change in our trip.

Perfect stay

The house is very well located for seeing the beauty of walcheren, by bike and walking. Inside nice and well furnished. And a good protection in the garden from wind from all directions. Friendly hospitality!

Für zehn Tage waren meine Ehefrau und ich in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist so konzipiert, dass vier jugendliche bzw. erwachsene Personen sowie ein Kleinkind darin übernachten können. Allerdings ist die Treppe ins Obergeschoss sehr steil.Der Empfang durch die Wirtin war herzlich. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Zum Empfang gab es frische Eier und einen frisch gebackenen Kuchen. Nach einigen Tagen fragte sie diskret nach, ob alles recht sei oder ob wir offene Wünsche hätten. Spätestens hier merkt man, dass keine Agentur zwischen Vermieter und Mieter eingeschaltet ist. Dieses freundliche Willkommen und die Gastfreundschaft haben wir als sehr angenehm wahrgenommen.Uns beiden hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alles war pikobello sauber. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Alles, was wir angefasst haben, hat funktioniert. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und nicht defekt. Die Abflüsse in der Dusche und den Waschbecken im Bad und in der Küche waren frei.Manche mögen denken, dass das selbstverständlich sei. Nach unserer Erfahrung ist es das leider nicht.Das war das sechste Haus in Oostkapelle, das wir für unseren Urlaub nutzten und es war sicher das schönste der sechs Häuser.

Super Ferienwohnung **** mit wohlfühlt Ambiente

Wir waren als Gruppe von drei Frauen dort gewesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind ganz herzlich von der Vermieterin die ja selbst neben an wohnt auf das herzlichste mit selbst gebackenen Kuchen und einem Korb frischen Eiern empfangen worden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und die Terasse mit den schönen Gartenmöbel mit Auflagen konnten wir auch sehr oft nutzen.Das Wohnzimmer ist das Herzstück von der sehr geschmackvollen Ferienwohnung. Das Sofa ist sehr bequem und zum wohlfühlt Ambiente trägt der schöne große Elektro Kamin bei. Es gab eine riesige CD & Spielesammlung. Am Esszimmertisch war mehr als genug Platz. In der Küche fehlte es auch an nichts vielleicht ein paar Kaffeebecher wo ein bisschen mehr rein passt mir waren sie etwas zu klein weil man ständig an der Kaffeemaschine (Senseo) sich neuen machen musste. Ein vergrößerung Spiegel und ein langer Schuhanzieher wären vielleicht noch anzuschaffen. Aber das ist nur meine persönliche Meinung. Ich denke das Fam Paauwe nach dem Lesen meiner Bewertung diese Sachen noch anschaffen wird. Das Bett ich hatte das Boxspringbett war Super bequem nicht durchgelegen oder so schöne Bettwäsche passend zum Schlafzimmer.Die Ferienwohnung hatte für uns eine perfekte Lage. Der Supermarkt war nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zum Strand haben wir das Auto oder Fahrräder benutzt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können die Wohnung nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen.Vielen Dank Familie Paauwe

Urlaub im Ferienhaus

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Komplett ausgestattet.Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter Selbst umfangreiche CD und DVD Sammlung vorhanden.Bequeme Betten. Haus liegt am Rand des Dorfes ca 10 Minuten zu Fußzum Ortskern.Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, jederzeit wieder!

Globalement très bien. Maison très bien équipée et propre, rien à redire là dessus. Bon accueil en plus.En point perfectibles : 1 seul toilette dans la salle de bain, eau chaude difficile à régler (ca fait un peu douche écossaise) et quelques bruits de la maison d'à côté (vibrations).

Zeeuwsverblijf met onze 2 kleinkinderen

Le gîte de Julia et Rudy est très confortable et très bien équipé. Il est idéalement situé à 20' à vélo de la plage et de la magnifique réserve naturelle d'Oranje Zon. Rudy et Julia ont été des hôtes parfaits et très disponibles. Nos petits-enfants étaient enchantés de leur séjour et nous aussi. On reviendra !
