Lovely, 2 bed 2 bath south facing villa with private garden, swimming pool and roof top sun terrace! The accommodation also offers: garden furniture, terrace, washing machine, internet (Wi-Fi), central heating, air conditioning throughout the house, drive way parking, TV/Satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French etc)In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils and kettle are provided.On resort there are also childrens areas and tennis and padel courts.Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Hotel.Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week. Just off the resort (within walking distance) you have a range of restaurants on The Boulevard – including (to name a few): - Shamrock ( Indian Menu in the evenings with Guinness and Murphy's Red on Tap), pool table and darts and six screens showing sports - Chill n Go – Tapas Bar - La Perla Negra (The Black Pearl) theme bar - Sixty Six American Diner with pool table and showing sports events - La Gustosa Italian & Pizzeria Restaurant - Tasty Bites offering Indian & Continental Cuisine8 mins drive to Los Alcazares – beautiful safe beaches, bars and restaurantsInside the Mar Menor Golf Resort, you will also find Club MMGR where you can pay a small day fee to access the facilities including heated swimming pool, padel and tennis courts and mini golf and a gym!
