The villa has its own private pool and is ideally situated overlooking the driving range putting green and the golf course. Only a couple of minutes walk is the 5 Star luxurious Inter Continental Hotel which offers restaurants, bars and a superb spa, pool and poolside bar. The supermarket on site is also within five minutes walking distance. All the bars and restaurants are also nearby. The property is south facing and laying round the swimming pool you get the sun all day. There is also an upstairs sun terrace with table and chairs .the villa is fully air conditioned. There is parking outside plus the villa has its own car port.

I bought my villa in Spain of plan,therefore have owned it since new. My wife and i go there about six times a year my two children who are 21 and 23 also use the villa with there partners. It is an ideal place to get away to and just chill by the pool or the superb Mar Menor beach.
