Spahaus 7 is a modern, luxury chalet nestled in a magical, 4-season region. 75 mins from Montreal, 6 mins to the north side of Tremblant resort, our French-Scandi home opens to vast views of the serene forest below, fully-equipped with indoor fireplace, private outdoor hot tub, cozy king beds, ultra-fast internet, and free EV charging and lakeside resort access.

Our Home

Spahaus 7 has all of the amenities for your ultimate comfort including a private, outdoor spa and a cozy, indoor fireplace. Our guests frequently tell to us how comforting it is to spend time in the protection of our private chalet.

Our rare, two king bedroom Spahaus sits perfectly within a protected, forested lot in the Tremblant mountains. Inside, coziness is paramount with heated concrete and white oak floors, and cedar clad walls.

When you arrive, charge your vehicle for free with our ChargePoint Flex EV station: a 240-volt Level 2 home charger with a universal J1772 connector that can deliver up to 50 amps of power and 60 Kms of range per hour.

Need a private soak at the end of a fun-filled or relaxing day at the lake? Use our second level bathroom with full-sized tub for yourself or your young family, then dry-off and step out onto an outdoor terrace with spectacular views of the forest and the surrounding mountains.

Our perfectly-equipped chalet has everything you need from a fully-stocked kitchen to extra blankets. Just bring your toothbrush!

Your stay includes complimentary access to the Club de la Pointe resort where you can take advantage of many activities - all free - including:

- Heated, salt-water pool with panoramic views of Lac-Supérieur - seasonal, July to end-of-August;
- Several access points to the lake where you can lounge, swim, kayak, canoe or paddle board - seasonal, July to end-of-September;
- Two clay-surface tennis courts, a sand beach volleyball court, lawn bowling and fire pits - seasonal, July to end-of-September;
- Mini-gym overlooking the lake with cardio equipment and light weights;
- Youth club with ping pong and games.

Note: Club activities are open weather permitting and may not be available due to staffing shortages or other impacts outside of our control. Because access is free, we are unable to provide reimbursement for closed activities.

Anytime after check-in, enter Spahaus 7 at your convenience. During your stay, if you have a question or an urgent need, our team will be there to help. When you`re ready to check-out, simply lock up the house and head on to your next destination.

Snowshoe, skate, and ski across the frozen lake in winter; hike, bike or run in almost any direction in summer. Stock up at L`Étalage Market - a 3-minute walk from the house - or head over to the Mont Tremblant resort to explore the restaurants, clubs and festivals.

It`s best to have a car to experience all that the region has to offer. Getting to Spahaus 7 is an easy 75-minute drive from Montreal, 2 hours from Ottawa, 6.5 hours from Toronto, 7 hours from Boston and 7.5 from New York.

You can also reduce your travel time by flying in to Montreal’s Pierre Elliot Trudeau Airport or to the Mont Tremblant International Airport (seasonal, 45 minutes to Spahaus), then rent a car for the rest of the way.

We’re so glad you’ve chosen to stay at Spahaus 7! To keep our home peaceful, safe, and beautiful for everyone, please take a moment to review our expectations below.

1. Getting to Know You: After a reservation is secured, we’ll reach out to request a quick ID verification using a current, valid ID. This simple step helps us provide a seamless guest experience.
2. Respect our Space: No smoking, parties, illegal substances, or pets are allowed inside or outside the chalet. (We love animals, but allergens mean we must keep our home pet-free.)
3. Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may visit or stay overnight. 6 guests (max 4 adults) - infants count as guests.
4. Quiet Hours: Please keep the noise to a minimum between 11pm and 8am.
5. Spa Care: To maintain the outdoor spa, please wash off lotions on the body before use. Failure to do so may affect water quality and incur spa cleaning costs at expense of the guest. When removing the spa cover, fold it gently and place it against the wall behind the tub. Use only the provided plasticware, and supervise children in and around the spa at all times.
6. Furniture & Décor: We’ve designed our home with furniture we love. Please keep our indoor furniture inside and the outdoor furniture outside, including on the 2nd level terrace.
7. Fireplace: use only eco logs (no wood) in the indoor fire stove. You will be supplied with one eco log per night. Additional logs can be purchased at the request of the property manager.
8. BBQ use: the BBQ (seasonal) should remain at least one foot from the house to protect the siding.
9. Club de la Pointe: your complimentary access to Club de la Pointe recreation area and lake is shared with other guests. Always wear the provided bracelets and follow the posted rules. Availability of activities at the resort is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be given based on the status of activities.
10. Security and Wildlife: please lock doors when you leave or at night, and use window screens to keep insects and wildlife outside.
11. Check-In and Out: please respect our 4pm check-in/ and 11am check-out times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the home for our next guests. Parking is available on the driveway, and please don’t block the neighbours.
12. Care and Consideration: leave the home as you found it. If damage or excessive mess occurs, even accidentally, the cost of repair or replacement may be deducted from your deposit.
