Mandarin Beach Villa is a fully staffed six-bedroom luxury estate set directly on the white sands of Lipa Noi Beach, Koh Samui, and created specifically for private family and multi-generational holidays.

Mandarin sits directly on Lipa Noi Beach.

No road between the estate and the sand. No shuttle. No steep hillside.

Walk through the lush tropical orchids, swaying palm trees and fruit garden and you are on the beach.

The 18-metre infinity pool sits beside it, creating one connected family space between the villa, pool, garden and sea. A fixed glass beach fence adds a clear boundary between the garden and sand for families with younger children.

Breakfast by the pool. Afternoon on the beach. Back in the water. Sunset on the sand. Dinner at the villa.

The calm, shallow water directly in front of Mandarin is well suited to supervised younger children. Deeper swimming water is accessible immediately to the left for older children, teenagers and adults, subject to tide and sea conditions.

Mandarin has six en-suite bedrooms accommodating up to 12 adults.

Cots, toddler beds and children’s beds can accommodate up to four younger children all included in your rental.

All six bedrooms have been refurbished and equipped to the same luxury standard.

Five bedrooms are on the ground floor, making them particularly useful for grandparents, younger children and guests who prefer step-free access.

Bed configurations are designed for adults, children and multi-generational groups. Every bedroom has premium bedding, a modern bathroom, quiet air-conditioning, a Smart TV and fast fibre internet.

Our chef can prepare children’s favourites and work with disclosed dietary requirements and allergies.

Older children have the pool, beach, bicycles, games, outdoor cinema, gaming consoles and water activities.
