A small complex of just 22 condos, offers a peaceful environment. All units are single level. With regular seasonal renters, this mostly 55 + community is welcoming and friendly.
This condo is just steps from the pool and spa. The washer and dryer are steps from the unit as well. The condo is a 10 minute walk to El Paseo, "The Rodeo Drive" of Palm Desert, which is lined with restaurants, shops of all kinds, and Art Galleries. Also, it is just a 5 minute walk to a grocery store and Starbucks, among other businesses. And if you just want to relax, this is the perfect spot. Centrally located in Coachella Valley - hiking, golfing, biking, it is all here or nearby to make this the ideal place for a vacation.
The condo sleeps two in the two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, an open floor plan of a living room, dining area, and kitchen. All tile floors. Two patios complete this jewel. The front patio is located outside the living room, through the huge sliding glass doors, and is open and faces the common area with beautiful mountain views. The back patio is private and off of the master bedroom, through the oversize sliding glass doors. Mountain views are experienced, from any direction, in this complex.
