The house, consists of a main body that includes the living room, the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and a nineteenth century trullo a typical local construction (with independent access), which houses the third bedroom with private bathroom.

The property has been renovated in full respect of local materials and construction techniques and it is characterized by whitewashed walls, and stones.

The furnishings are simple, but in perfect harmony with the colors and style of the building and contribute to make the atmosphere of the house even more welcoming. There are all the most modern comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, dishwasher and washing machine.

Furthermore, the excellent location of Villa La Rezza also allows you to easily reach by car many other beautiful beaches of Salento and the famous tourist resorts of Porto Cesareo, Lecce and Gallipoli.

Rental rules
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible (arrival on Saturdays’ from 26 June to 27 August).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (from 20:00 until 24:00): € 50 (subject to prior agreement) to pay on arrival.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 150 kwh per week (over 150 kwh an extra charge of € 0,40 per kwh will be applied), weekly change of bed linens, bath and pool towels, bathrooms and bedrooms cleaned weekly (2 hrs.), cot, welcome basket (local items).
Pets not allowed.
