Costa Kosta Art Gallery Villa is a seafront estate in Chios Island with a lush garden of 3000 sq m surrounding the house and giving you total privacy
You can swim at the beach in front of the house.
There is a supermarket a few meters away,pharmacy,convenient store and tavern
It has a private, closed parking space
This historical villa has been renovated in 2025 to meet our guests' modern needs.
You will be close to everything the island offers but with a private perspective.
This unique house originally built in 1890 has been renovated in 2025 with respect to its history. We tried to include all the beautiful things we have either inherited from our grandparents or acquired in our trips around the globe .
The walls are covered with beautiful art picked by the owner from the metropolitan museum in Nyc,giving the villa an eclectic style.
All the modern amenities have been added to make your stay unforgettable .

A huge rain shower, luxurious fabrics and oriental ornaments are just a few of the things we have chosen for you.
Two bedrooms with double beds offer you a selection of either firmer or softer options with different types of pillows and mattresses in order to provide the best sleep during your stay with us.
One large bathroom with big shower and fully equipped kitchen.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Not one but two wifi stations giving you the maximum internet speed available in the area.
A large living room area with a smart TV is a chill spot for your lazy afternoons.
Sea view terraces in the front will make you never want to leave the house.
A huge garden full of paths and alleys surrounds the house giving you total privacy and the unparalleled sea views will make you feel you have it all.
Guests have access to the ground floor of the villa and the surrounding gardens
The upper floor is closed and out of reach
The house is built on a hill top so its not safe for very young children
Children must be under their parents supervision at all times
