The outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed for full relaxation and enjoyment of the landscape, featuring a large covered veranda, balcony, and outdoor lounge and dining area under elegant wooden pergolas. The surroundings are enhanced with natural stone flooring and traditional stone walls, blending harmoniously with the environment.
The infinity pool is exclusively private, meticulously maintained, and ideal for cooling off while admiring the panoramic sea views.
Inside, the ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout, including a luxurious built-in kitchen, a living area with built-in sofas and a fireplace, a dining area, as well as a guest WC and storage space.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms – a master bedroom and a second bedroom – each with its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring total privacy and comfort.
Villa Estia is a strictly non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors, and pets are not allowed.
