About this property
VILLA ESTIA with Private Pool
Villa Estia – Cycladic Luxury with Unobstructed Aegean Views |
Villa Estia is a two-story luxury residence with a private infinity pool, built with deep respect for traditional Cycladic architecture and inspired by the character of the island’s picturesque villages. Constructed with high-quality materials, the villa offers excellent insulation against the summer heat and underfloor heating for maximum comfort during the colder months.
The villa enjoys stunning, unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea, several Cycladic islands, and the charming nearby village of Berdamiaros, creating a peaceful and breathtaking setting for your stay.
The outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed for full relaxation and enjoyment of the landscape, featuring a large covered veranda, balcony, and outdoor lounge and dining area under elegant wooden pergolas. The surroundings are enhanced with natural stone flooring and traditional stone walls, blending harmoniously with the environment.
The infinity pool is exclusively private, meticulously maintained, and ideal for cooling off while admiring the panoramic sea views.
Inside, the ground floor features a spacious open-plan layout, including a luxurious built-in kitchen, a living area with built-in sofas and a fireplace, a dining area, as well as a guest WC and storage space.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms – a master bedroom and a second bedroom – each with its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring total privacy and comfort.
Villa Estia is a strictly non-smoking property, both indoors and outdoors, and pets are not allowed.
Located next to Villa Aphrodite, there is the option to rent both villas simultaneously at a special discounted rate, upon request – perfect for families or larger groups.
