The 3rd and 4th bedrooms with beautiful beach views are located attached to the main house with its own separate entrance. Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 also have their own ensuite bathrooms.
Modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including gas cook top and convection/gas oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, custom cabinetry and spacious custom made cement counter/bar space for cooking and entertaining.

Gorgeous relaxing stay in Belize

We had such a great time at this rental. 8 people with 4 children and everyone had plenty of space. House had everything we needed and Ruben was always available to give recommendations and help us make reservations. Food in the area was great, plenty of things to do, but truthfully lounging around the pool was the best part.

Best in show!

Rueben and Mariza are amazing. We had transportation issues from the beginning and they made sure to keep in contact with us the entire time and even got us pizza so we'd have something to eat due to our late arrival. They were always available when needed and so friendly and helpful. By far the best property hosts I've ever had. They really are a treasure. And the reviews about the chocolate cake are 100% legit...the best chocolate cake I've ever had.

Blissful Belize

My husband and I plus various family members spent five weeks at this wonderful property. The house and grounds are well-represented by the online photos. We particularly loved the patio and pool with the beach and ocean just beyond. The location, just outside Placencia but not in the village itself, was also to our liking. The house owner reached out to us before our stay and gave us a lot of useful info. Upon arrival, the caretakers, Ruben and Mariza, were so helpful. They cooked us dinner a couple of times -- spectacular! And provided a lot of information about the area, and helped recommend excursions and dining options. The house is well-equipped for cooking on your own, but near to many of the area's great restaurants. We highly recommend La Rotonda if you're looking for a peaceful stay on the beach in beautiful, laid-back Placencia!!!

This house was perfect for our family of 6. So comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The pool and beach are stunning. Great location. The best part is Ruben and Mariza's incredible care taking. They help with whatever you need and keep the house tidy. The cooked for us three times and it was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back!

Amazing House in Perfect Location

We just spent Thanksgiving week at this amazing house and it did not disappoint. House was simply phenomenal. 4 large bedrooms and 4 large bathrooms, a great sunroom, and literally a large sanded backyard. Pool was big, kayaks and SUP right there, and there is a private beach. The property caretakers were the best. Every morning the beach was raked and we came home to a spotless house every night after activities. Ruben’s key lime pie was the best thing I’ve ever had - highly recommend eating in at least a bit because his food was our favorite. You’re just outside the village so we did take our golf cart into town to eat and explore. We hope to come back - don’t hesitate to book asap. It is pretty special.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of five and our au pair. Enjoyed the property which was even better than pictured. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and gracious and highly recommend arranging an evening or two for them to cook for you! The location was wonderful in that it was close and accessible to the main town but we appreciated being away from the business and the noise. This property was the highlight of our stay in Placencia.

Private and Beautiful!

We could not have asked for a better home to enjoy our Placencia vacation. We have previously stayed in the Maya Beach area and preferred this location as it was closer to the airport and the village. Ruben and Mariza are so sweet and helpful, and we fell in love with Rex (the house dog). We will definitely considering staying again when we return to beautiful Placencia!

Incredible property. Patio and pool are stunning. Bedrooms/bathrooms excellent. Just a short ride to the village for shops, supermarket, and restaurants. Property managers cooked dinner for us 4 nights and each meal was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Placencia with 4 couples

The house is stunning and sparkling clean. Air conditioning works well and beds are super comfortable. On site property managers took such good care of us - booking massages, making delicious dinner and cake, raking the sand daily, bringing fresh towels, getting us bicycles...WOW! We had 4 couples here and had our meals in the screened in patio and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property. As a tip to future travelers - we were glad we had a rental car to get around.

Wonderful Family Stay at La Rotonda

We had an amazing experience at La Rotonda with a family group of three adults and four young adults aged 19-25. The property is gorgeous and perfectly suited for a large group. There was a nice mix of private and public spaces. The pool was wonderful and there was nice swimming off the beach. Ruben and Mariza, the caretakers , we’re wonderful and excellent cooks. The meals we had at the house were our favorites in Placencia. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we made lots of memories.

A slice of heaven!

This house was a perfect retreat for our family vacation. The large beach front property is beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time. Ample outdoor seating and pool floaties are available to enjoy the cool, saltwater pool. The view to the beach and ocean is unobstructed and beautiful. Inside, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels for the pool and beach. Air conditioning. Grill. Washer/dryer. The house managers live on site and are kind, attentive and helpful. We definitely hope to return to this property.

Amazing, Personal Resort

We have stayed at quite a few different VRBO's in many locations across the US and the Caribbean and this was, by far, our favorite place we've ever stayed. The pool was the perfect size for everyone to enjoy and there is a great sand area plus your own beach. It really feels like your own private resort. The snorkeling was great (stingrays, jellyfish, starfish, barracuda, and even a manatee) and the use of kayaks and paddleboards was an added bonus. The caretakers, Ruben and Mariza were so gracious, friendly, and helpful. The meals Ruben prepared were amazing. Make sure you get the chocolate cake!! The proximity to the village and shopping makes this a fantastic location as well. We can't recommend this highly enough.

"We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house in Belize! The location was perfect - right on the the beach and a quick drive to Placencia Village. The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved spending time on the large, private deck, taking in the stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding area. The pool was also a highlight, providing a refreshing oasis on hot afternoons. Chasing Tails (Permit) in Paradise

My dad, three brothers and I had an amazing stay at La Rotunda. Ruben, the property manager, and Maritza, his beautiful wife, were fantastic, from start to finish. I had read reviews that said Ruben was a gourmet chef, but didn’t realize that HE REALLY IS a phenomenal cook. We had delicious dinners and a couple of great breakfasts prior to going to the marina everyday to fish for permit. The property is as pictured- truly wonderful. We made some wonderful memories at La Rotunda.

We had a wonderful stay at La Rotonda. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 8. The house, pool, beach and location were beautiful. The area was quiet, but a quick ride into the village. Ruben and Mariza went above and beyond. They were kind, accommodating, so helpful, and the food they prepared for us was some of the best we had on our trip. We can’t thank them enough. Everything was clean and well cared for. This was a magical place, and we would love to return.

Beautiful Property, Excellent Service

Ruben and Marissa are wonderful. They made us excellent dinners, cleaned our rooms and provided fresh towels on a regular basis and answered all of our questions! The home is well laid out for four couples with plenty of room to gather and enjoy the beautiful beach and pool area. The kitchen is well stocked. We had a little trouble reaching them when we are on our way from the airport due to bad cell reception. I don't know if it would help to know the mile marker ahead of time so that you could be on the lookout for the property. We highly recommend The Rotonda if you are planning a trip to Placencia.

Wonderful Home by the Sea

We had a fabulous week in this unique home. It was very comfortable for our family of 9, including a 16-month-old, with strong air conditioning in each room, an individual ensuite for all 4 bedrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen. We had some successful anglers in our group, so we really used the kitchen and appreciated having the necessary tools for some fabulous dinners. When booking I wondered if we may be too far from town, but having been there, it's definitely not. The house is far enough away from the noise and hustle, but close enough to get there in 5 minutes. The pool is refreshing and we enjoyed some time on the kyacks. Ruben and Mariza were excellent hosts. They set us up with a baby crib and high chair before we arrived. They kept the property looking beautiful. We were fortunate enough to have them cook dinner for us one night, which we all highly recommend! And it would be a travesty to miss out on Ruben's key lime pie. By far the best any of us have ever had. Our family had a wonderful stay. This property really is 5 stars.
