This is a gorgeous four bedroom Georgian terraced house in a famous conservation area., One outstanding features is its fabulous garden with sitting out patio and another the huge Mary Poppins' style London square on which it sits. . The property is spacious, super quiet, full of light with high ceilings, it is freshly re-decorated.throughout and has a modern chef style German kitchen and updated bathrooms.. From this address you can easily access the shows and entertainment of the West End or local award wining theatres and nightlife, Hampstead Heath is just three stops on the nearby overground train. Kings Cross has the best transport links in London - including to all four London airports - and is a ten minute walk or brief bus ride away. This is normally a much loved family home and only available for a few weeks each summer. The home is fully equipped in all aspects with first class bedding, linen and toiletries. There is ample room for visitors belongings, although some wardrobes are private. Please don’t book this property if you are expecting a hotel experience. We are experienced landlords and have many years of 5 star Airbnb reviews although this is our first time on VRBO. There’s loads of parking nearby but you are better relying on public transport as we are so centrally located.. There are several weekend food markets within walking distance for fresh independent produce and excellent health food shops on Caledonian Road. The house is also close to SUNDAY, a neighbourhood favourite for brunch and coffee and Southpaw Coffee.
Two of the best pubs in the area for food and wine, The Drapers Arms and The Albion, are within walking distance from the house, as is The Tamil Prince on Thornhill Square , described by restaurant critic Grace Dent as "a sharp, bold reworking of the desi pub concept into the here and now".
Upper Street is a ten minute walk away and offers a wealth of retail, culinary, cultural and design amenities, including Ottolenghi, Gail’s, Le Labo, Aria and twentytwentyone, as well as a host of national and independent retailers and restaurants, including The Wolseley group’s Bellanger on Islington Green, The Compton Arms and the Pig and Butcher.
King’s Cross and Coal Drops Yard are a short walk along the canal; the recently redeveloped space is home to a magnificent public space with choreographed fountains and restaurants, including Caravan, Vinoteca, Dishoom, Granger and Co, plus shops A.P.C, COS, Margaret Howell and Wolf and Badger.
Green space is provided by Thornhill Square, and also Barnsbury Square, Barnard Park. Highbury Fields is also in proximity with its tennis courts, playground and swimming pool.

The Underground and rail network are also within easy walking distance at Highbury and Islington station (Victoria line) and Angel (Northern line).
