This apartment with its own private entrance, comprises of 2 bedrooms, a double and a single, a seating area and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. It has a fully fitted kitchen, which comes with a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven, toaster and kettle. The air-conditioned apartment provides a flat-screen TV, soundproof walls, and its own private rear patio
The Bungalow and its studio apartments are all self contained fully modernised accommodation areas.
Each with fully equipped kitchens and dining areas with flat screen televisions in the lounge and separate seating areas as well as separate bedrooms with flat screen television.
There is also separate shower rooms and wc all on the same floor.

Perfect accommodation, in a great location and wonderful decor.
Hosts are very quick to respond, furnishings and decor to a high standard. So comfortable. The Bungalow is located in the heart of Lytham and walkable to all local amenities.

Amazing property set in the most perfection location in Lytham.
The entire property is delightful, from the carefully selected home décor to the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Ample parking for 2 cars outside the property.
They have thought of everything by having a selection of leaflets on what to do in the area to set of playing cards! A little welcome added touch was bottle of prosecco and M&S biscuits. A true gem in the Lytham St Annes ..................
