The apartment, approximately 70 sqm, is located on the 1st floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (access via stairs).

There are also internal stairs inside the apartment, so please pay extra attention if you're traveling with children!

- BEDROOM II with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and a small balcony;

- KITCHENETTE with a gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, various kitchen utensils, and a dining table with chairs;

- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- SEA VIEW TERRACE with table and chairs.



FIRST FLOOR:



-MEZZANINE (BEDROOM III) with two single beds, a wardrobe, fan, and bathroom;

Porto Rotondo is a wonderful seaside resort in Sardinia on the outskirts of the Costa Smeralda and famous for its internationally renowned Yacht Club, nightclubs and trendy restaurants including the Tartarughino and La Rosa dei Venti. Do not miss the beaches of Palumbalza, Ira beach, Punta Volpe, Sassi, Algae and Hruska, bathed by turquoise and crystal clear waters and reachable by a mini-bus beach service. In addition, the accommodation is located a short distance from the beach of Marinella, ideal for snorkelers.

A car is recommended for getting around.



- From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, just 20 minutes from Olbia airport. Alternatively, you can take bus n 491 to the stop 464 - V.Monte Ladu, a 20-minute on foot from the apartment.

- If you are travelling by car it is possible to park free of charge on site, a covered parking space available (NO SUV).
