Cottage near Locquirec, Morlaix, Lannion, Ploumanac'h, Perros-Guirrec

The cottage (3 ears) is located 2km from the large beach of Saint-Efflam (Plestin-les-Grèves). It is an old renovated farmhouse with independent entrance, a closed courtyard of 100m2 (with barbecue, table, benches and deckchairs), a flower garden of 2000m2.
The location of the cottage is ideal: between sea and countryside to enjoy a peaceful stay. At 50m is a hiking trail that will offer the possibility of a beautiful walk in the countryside and by the sea.
The beaches are accessible on foot, by bike or by car (parking nearby).
The center of Plestin-les-Grèves is 4km with all shops (bakery, press house, tobacco, pharmacy, Super U etc.).
You can also sample local specialties and buy local products at the night market on Tuesday evenings (only in July and August) and on Sunday mornings (all year round).
Numerous leisure activities nearby: nautical center, cinema, fest-noz, sea fishing, fishing on foot, circuit of chapels (exhibitions and concerts).
The Pink Granite Coast is located 20km (Perros-Guirec and Ploumanac'h elected the most beautiful village of France in 2015).

Very nice old house in a very quiet natural environment.

The house is very nice if you are looking for seclusion, nature and peace. The sea is not far away. The contact with the landlords is very friendly. The house is well furnished and beautifully renovated. However, it is noisy and the dishes are rustic. We felt very comfortable in the house and front garden and our dog also had a relaxing holiday.

Wer die Ruhe genießen möchte ist hier am richtigen Platz. Mit dem Auto in knapp 4 Minuten unten am Strand. Würde nicht unbedingt dort in der Hauptferienzeit Urlaub machen ( das Haus ist aber außen vor) wollen, da sicherlich der Strand voll sein dürfte . Überall gibt es dort kostenlose Parkplätze. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten an den jeweiligen Küsten die einem die Sprache verschlagen. Ein sehr freundliches Ehepaar gab uns am Anreisetag selbstgebackenen Kuchen und eine Flasche Cidre. Sensationell! Da können sich Gastgeber in Deutsxhland mal ein Beispiel nehmen , ist nämlich nicht selbstverständlich. Wir haben dort 9 Tage in der ersten September Woche gebucht…..tolles Wetter…sensationelle kleine Ortschaften…leider sind die Restaurants zum großen Teil geschlossen.Aber das ist wirklich nicht zu bemängeln!!!!!Volle Empfehlung…..ein super restaurierter Bauernhof mit toller Wohnung!!!

Le séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé. L'hôte était très accueillante avec à notre arrivée, une bouteille de cidre et un far breton maison délicieux. Tout le confort était au rdv comme sur l'annonce. Propreté parfaite et matelas très confortable. Un seul bémol, la chambre côté rue est bruyante et passante la matin seulement et avec un sommier qui grince au moindre mouvement. Hormis ça tout était très bien.

A beautiful property in a beautiful location. Peaceful and gentle surroundings with a countryside walk close by. The beach is a few minutes drive away and is extraordinarily beautiful! The whole area is just wonderful. The house itself is much more spacious than we had expected and beautifully renovated. There is an enclosed garden which is really helpful if you have a dog with you! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. We loved every second of our stay. Merci bien.

Ein außen und innen wunderschönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Landschaft, nah an unterschiedlichen und allesamt tollen Stränden, malerischen Dörfern und genauso sehenswerten (Alt-)Städten. Wir waren zwei Wochen und wären gern länger geblieben und würden also gern wiederkommen zur freundlichen Jeannine!

Dankzij het mooie weer hebben veel kunnen wandelen en kunnen genieten in de tuin. We vonden het jammer dat de woning weinig uitzicht biedt.

Das Haus an sich liegt schön ruhig aber es waren viele Spinnen und sehr feucht und man hört im Haus jeden einzelen Schritt den man macht Und eine sehr enge Dusche kein Fenster weder noch ein abzug vorhanden

Gerieflijk ruim huis, prachtige locatie!

We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving ! Het ene dorpje is nog pittoresker dan het andere. De mooie kustlijn verbergt talrijke strandjes. We hebben prachtige wandelingen gemaakt langs zee, doorheen bos en velden. Het huis is 3 Km van zee gelegen. Het is omringd door een mooie bloementuin.. Je kan het ruime terras met hekjes afsluiten. Ons hondje kon dus lekker vrij lopen. De keuken bevat alle basis comfort. De drie slaapkamers zijn ruim. Alles is netjes. We keren zeker terug !

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances. Malheureusement, le soleil n'était pas au rdv. L'accueil a été sympathique. Nous avons apprécié le gâteau breton, le cidre et l'orangina. À faire: le Radôme, l'île Grande, la visite des 7 îles, le Château de Tonquedec et à environ 45km, la grotte du diable à Huelgoat.

Séjour au Calme et reposant.

Séjour agréable, contact avec les propriétaires très chaleureux. Beaucoup d’activités dans la région : plage, char à voile, randonnées à pied ou à vélo.
