Lots of charm for this House in the heart of the village, which has just been classified 2 * by the Tourist Office, typically Provencal with its exposed beams, its light and airy space, within the historic perimeter of the Tour Carrée and its 12th century church century, its night craft markets, feet in the water 3 minutes from the house with its beach in the city center, the port, take the shuttle boat (every 20 minutes) very pleasant crossing to visit St Tropez, or the Porquerolles, Port Cros or Levant islands, or the bay of the canoubiers with Brigitte Bardot's house guided tour with the shuttle. The sea theater offers musical, cultural, artistic, gastronomic events throughout the year, exhibition halls and other events. The car is not essential, a garage 2 minutes from the house offers you the possibility of not driving during your stay in Sainte Maxime. Composed of a bright living room-living room with TV, internet card connection box, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms 1 with 1 double bed 1 large closet and 1 chest of drawers, the second with 2 beds, 1 large closet and 1 chest of drawers, a bathroom with shower and two separate toilets, one upstairs. THE HOUSE IS AIR-CONDITIONED, AND HAS DOUBLE GLAZING.

Perfect appartment for a trip to Avignon.

We had a wonderful time in Avignon. The appartment is very nice, spacious and well equipped. You can get to the old city by foot within a few minutes and in front of the house you can park your car without extra costs. The landlady is very friendly.

Es war einfach wunderschön!

Wir waren 1 Woche in Saint Maxime. Die Wohnung ist 5 min zum Strand. Geschäfte, Cafés sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch Livemusik haben wir genossen. Die Gastgäberin ist sehr nett. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen wieder!

La maison

accès à la maison impossible sans une marche arrière de +/- 100 mètres. Maison inaccessible aux PMR ou aux personnes handicapées motrice. Calme sauf quand la crêperie voisine ouvre ses portes jusqu'à minuit. Lors d'un orage certes violent, infiltration d'eau importante sur le lit. La télévision ne diffuse pas des chaînes telles que France 2 et France 3. Très peu de points d'éclairage

Appartement décoré avec goût En plein centre historique de Sainte Maxime, plage, shopping et restaurants se font à pied. Très bien équipé. Je conseille l’option garage qui est à 2 pas d’appartement. Très bon accueil à l’arrivée.

Nette Begrüssung durch die Vermieterin Nadine. Zuverlässig und prompte Auskunft bei Anfragen. Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadz genial gelegen ! Zum Strand und zur Garage ist es nicht weit (ca. 5 Min zu Fuss) Es hat viele kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Hat natürlich unseren Teenagern sehr zugesagt!😀 Wir sind 2 x mit dem Auto Richtung San Raffaël gefahren. Unterwegs hat es viele sehr schöne Strände!

Eine gute Wohung im Herzen von Sainte-Maxime. Sie wohnen in einen alten, sanierten Haus mit eigenem Fußweg durch das Erdgeschoss. Ein großer Spaß. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Zum Bäcker keine 100m. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft.
