In a green and calm setting, very beautiful 3-room apartment of 60m² on the ground floor of a villa, with private garden and terrace, will delight you and meet all your expectations for a great holiday in a quiet environment. It is equipped for 4 people with living / dining room opening onto a shaded covered terrace where you can have lunch and enjoy a private sunny garden, complete tranquility and relax in the sun; an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with careful decoration, a shower room and a WC.

After having appreciated the comfort of the accommodation, you can enjoy the town of Sainte-Maxime which will offer you its sweetness of life, its elegance and its dynamism with all the shops, restaurants, shops and other leisure providers who will perfect your holidays in the heart of the majestic Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Beaches and town center (1km): 15 to 20 minutes walk

Local shops and urban shuttle stop 300 m from the accommodation (no need to take your car to go to the beach, move downtown or in another district, do your shopping ... and find a place, shuttle serving more than forty stops at your disposal throughout the city - Unit ticket: 1 euro per day)

Accommodation rented by contract between the two parties.
A deposit of € 500.00 will be requested upon arrival of the vacationer and will be returned upon departure if no damage noted after the inventory made between the two parties at the exit of the vacationer.

€ 60.00 cleaning fee will be requested if the accommodation is not returned in a clean state as at the entrance of the vacationer.

Possibility for holidaymakers to ask the owner for cleaning by a third party: fixed cost of the service = € 60.00.

Wir können uns eigentlich nur unseren Vorgängern anschließen. Sonst würde ich wiederholen, was schon geschrieben wurde. Sagen wir es so...., unkomplizierter und herzlicher wurden wir in einer FeWo noch nicht aufgenommen. Alles passte und für die Sprachbarriere wurde der Übersetzer bei G....e erfunden. Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv noch mal nutzen, sehr empfehlenswert !

L’accueil des propriétaires a été parfait, et ce pendant tout le séjour. Appartement très joliment décoré, très propre avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine pour se sentir comme à la maison. L’emplacement est idéal, proche du centre sans pour autant les inconvénients du bruit. Je recommande. Seul bémol, il n’y a pas de Clim et la semaine a été caniculaire…

La tranquillité proche du centre, des commerces et des restaurants

L'appartement très propre est situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre de Sainte-Maxime. Les propriétaires ainsi que leur fille Marie, sont des personnes très sympathiques. La terrasse ombragée est la bienvenue et est très agréable pour les repas.

La maison est très bien équipée et d'une propreté irréprochable. Jolie terrasse verdoyante. Endroit très calme. Les propriétaires (un couple âgé charmant et disponible) vivent au-dessus de la location Il est indispensable de disposer d'une voiture car les belles plages sont éloignées (bus à proximité). Dommage que la piscine sur la propriété ne soit pas ouverte aux locataires).

Sehr Gastfreundlich

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Marie und ihre Mutter Annie sind zwei sehr sympathische und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Es liegt ihnen sehr viel daran, das der Gast sich wohlfühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was es braucht. Im Garten hat es einen sehr schönen und grossen Pool. Wir können das Objekt sehr empfehlen. Möne und Jenny ( Grüsse an Marie und Annie :-)

Sehr schöne Wohnung nahe dem Zentrum von Sainte Maxime

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung nahe dem Zentrum von Sainte Maxime. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Zentrum und die meisten Strände sind mit dem Bus (Simplibus-Linie) gut zu erreichen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir wurden sehr nett von Marie empfangen. Die gesamte Abwicklung (Anreise, Abreise, Betreuung soweit erforderlich) verlief sehr unproblematisch. Marie und ihre Eltern waren äußerst hilfsbereit und nett. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub.
