Lingmell Fell View, Chapel Stile
Lingmell Fell View is a modern terraced cottage located in Chapel Stile on the way along the Great Langdale Valley.The spacious accommodation is spread out over three floors comprising of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge/dining area, bathroom and utility room. It comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests with bedrooms comprising of one super-king bed, a king size bed, and a single bedroom. It is light, airy and modern, furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated throughout. Stunning views!
There is designated private parking for 1 vehicle to the rear of the property, and further parking available locally. Outside at the front of the cottage is a grassed area where guests can sit and enjoy the fantastic views across the valley and towards the Langdale Pikes.
I'm not available in person, but feel free to contact me, or anyone at Wheelwrights Office for anything you need during your stay.
The heart of the village is just a short stroll away. In the village you can find the well stocked local convenience store -the Langdale Coop, Brambles Cafe, and the Village Church – The Great Langdale Holy Trinity, and The Wainwrights Inn which sells local brewed ales and provides good homemade food. The famous climbers inn The Old Dungeon Ghyll, New Dungeon Ghyll Hotel, and Stickle Barn Tavern (now owned by the National Trust) are just up the Langdale Valley.
The property is on a main bus route. Elterwater, the famous Britannia Inn and Slates are a short stroll away, with a fabulous walk along the river. The cottage is also handily placed to access the Langdale Valley, 4 miles from Ambleside and close to neighbouring villages of Grasmere and Hawkshead.
