Fresh linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Please note that we do not supply consumables such as tea, coffee, shower gels, shampoo, soap, dishwasher tablets, or laundry detergent. As this is a short-stay accommodation, guests are expected to bring their own essentials.

This is a privately owned property, professionally managed and made available to guests via the Airbnb platform. As such, all reservations are subject to both Airbnb’s platform policies and our own Terms of Stay, which outline important conditions regarding property use, guest conduct, occupancy limits, check-in/out procedures, and liability for any damages or breaches.

All guests are required to review and sign the Terms of Stay prior to check-in. This is a standard part of our booking process and is in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and professionally managed experience for all parties involved.

To protect our properties and ensure a high standard of guest conduct, we may request a refundable security deposit prior to check-in. However, for guests who prefer not to pay a deposit, we also offer the option of a small, non-refundable stay protection fee as an alternative.
